I haven’t even used their services yet, and they’ve already earned a 5-star review. Urgent Animal Care of Arlington went above and beyond for my dog, and I haven’t paid them a single dollar. Violet, in particular, was amazing—she gave me invaluable advice, followed up with calls and texts, and truly showed care and compassion during a stressful time. They were fully booked but still tried to work me in, and Violet spent considerable time helping me navigate my dog’s needs. It’s no wonder this place has such great reviews! Thankfully, my dog is now turning the corner for the better and may not need to be seen this time, but I wouldn’t hesitate to rely on them in the future. Whether I end up visiting tomorrow or not, their customer service and dedication are unmatched. I’m so grateful to have found a place like this and will absolutely keep them in my back pocket for any future needs. Thank you, Violet, for your exceptional care!

My dog recently passed away and I took my dog there for their cremation services. First, my dog was extremely old so I know this day was going to come but you just never expect it and it is extremely hard when it happens. I have to say that this pet clinic was very compassionate and allow us some time with our dog to say our last goodbyes. Their price was very affordable compared to the other clinics I called. The facility was very clean and greeted with so much care and love. I am so glad that I found them. I don’t normally write reviews but I just had to with the services they provided today because it is so hard to find compassionate and caring people especially when you are grieving. RIP to my baby Lalah!!! Love my dog so much!!

Teegr had squinting of his eye and swelling of his eyelids. When his full-service veterinarian could not fit him in, we found Urgent Animal Care of Arlington (UACA). Making an appointment online, sending records, and communication was fantastic, efficient, and quick. Dr. Jen O'Keefe and her staff were compassionate, explained Teegr's diagnostic and treatment plan well, listened actively and answered questions, and got us in and out in a timely manner. We did not wait in the lobby, Teegr was comfortable in their exam rooms, and his trip to the back for a stain test was short. This visit was more expensive than it would have been to go to our full-service vet, but for the rapid, individualized, empathetic care we received I was exceptionally happy to pay for the peace of mind. I will absolutely return with any of my animals when they need to see the vet in the gray areas between emergency and routine.

I had a great experience here! I was able to get a last minute appointment for my sick dog and all the staff were so friendly and helpful, which assured me that my dog was in good hands. Our appointment needed extra time but the doctor did not rush and stayed open past close until they thoroughly reviewed her case. Very appreciative of the staff here!

Do not hesitate to trust your pet to this very professional team. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They took special care to account for our dog's skittish personality. They were able to see us quickly and treated us and our dog with empathy and patience. His wound healed well. We are so happy to have discovered this gem!
