Their facility is modern and well-maintained, reflecting the high level of care they provide. The veterinarians and technicians are incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly and ensuring Theo receives the best treatment possible. Whether it’s routine check-ups or addressing more complex health concerns, Urban Vet Care has consistently gone above and beyond. Theo, who can sometimes be a bit anxious, feels comfortable and at ease during every visit, which speaks volumes about their gentle and professional approach. Dr. Becky Graf is beyond amazing. She is extremely intelligent and knows that every pet or companion is different and treats you and meets you at your pets level. She goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and truly makes you feel confident in every decision you have to make for your pet. I’ve never trusted someone so much with my pets life as I do with her. I feel so lucky to have found her and would recommend her 100000 times over and over for any new pet parents out there that are unsure about finding a new vet.

I don't even know where to start with how much I love this place. 1. The office lets me call or email all the time with questions and they get back to me so quickly with answers and guidance. 2. The front desk team is a delight. They are helpful, they are caring, they are friendly. My pup refuses to leave the office until he gets to say hello to everyone behind the desk because he knows they treat him so well. 3. The entire space is clean of dust, treat crumbs, and fur. It is very well maintained. 4. The doctors on staff are always so friendly. They are more than willing to answer every question I have (and I always have a lot) and take the time to make sure I feel comfortable and confident. And they treat my pup so well. My dog is so excited whenever the vet staff come into the room because he is treated so well. 5. They are so thoughtful and follow up with calls to check on my pup and make sure I feel like I have their support. There is for sure more I am missing but all of it is to say that I have never had a bad experience here and I am forever thankful to the Urban Vet Care team for the above and more.

i really love urban vet care! my pup developed a huge fear of the vet and they are SO kind to her. i bring in her bed and blankets and she has started feeling a lot more comfortable with the same vet seeing us each time. they give her a frozen peanut butter pop to lick on while we are in appointments. they also help me so much via the phone and email which helps karoo to not have to come in when she doesn’t really need to. i trust that they give me the proper advice and treatment plans - they give me a lot of info so i can decide what’s best for my doggo.

We have been with Urban Vet Care for over 6 years, 2 cats and 2 dogs all since they were little. There is truly nothing like trusting a provider to love your family as much as you do. Between routine check ups, surgeries, antibiotic resistant infections, we have seen it all. But no matter who we have seen, we always feel well educated, loved, and know that our family is in the right hands. There is no one I trust more to make sure they come home safe, loved, and taken care of. Our family will always grow, but as long as we are in Denver Urban Vet will be our go to.
