Upper Keys Vet was our 16 year old lab’s vet for the past 8 years. They gave her great care but what was extraordinary was the kindness and compassion with which they gave that care. I will always be grateful for their genuine love for my dog and the compassion they generously extended to me.

Melissa and tge staff at Upper Keys were awesome with my little guy, who has a long list of issues. They didn’t turn us away although we were not one of their patients. I respect them so much for this! Loved them so much I made a well appointment for my other little guy, Mini Lenny

Love love love Upper Keys Vet. They’ve always been very patient and understanding with our then freshly rescued and reactive pup. Most recently she was bitten by an off leash dog which left us scrambling a bit trying to navigate the experience. From the very first phone call to the actual visit and surgery, they spent time with her, gaining her trust and making both her and us comfortable. The staff is always sweet and remember her every time we come in. Cannot recommend enough, we trust them entirely with our baby, and that’s sayin somethin! (Helicopter mom here). Dr Crosetto and her staff really stepped up to help a local pooch . They were able to accommodate a last minute visit , even on a Saturday. Dr Crosetto explained in such great detail and in an understandable way what the issues and prognoses was after examining the pup. She took her time and really gave great suggestions and information. Henry the vet assistant was absolutely wonderful . His bedside manner and the way he handled the pooch I brought in was with compassion and care.He administered the pet meds for a feisty Chihuahua with ease. Emma at the front desk also was very helpful . She emailed info I needed immediately, and was happy to print out all the information I needed from tests and prognosis. I have a different vet in the area - where I take my own dog , but I am considering a switch . My Vet has changed hands recently, and with that the standard and prices have changed significantly. I can definitely recommend Upoer Keys Veterinarian Hospital .
