We appreciate Dr. Morrow and her staff so much! She is so compassionate and takes the time to make sure you understand everything and are comfortable with the plan going forward. I am confident her treatment recommendations are all based on what is best for the patient and not her balance sheet. I've been to other clinics where I did not have such confidence. She truly cares about her patients!!! Update: Fluke saw Dr. Morrow for the last time a little over a week ago. She'd kept him pain free for as long as she could but he had finally reached that point in his life where he was no longer playing with his toys and struggled to do everyday activities. A part of our hearts died with Fluke, but Dr. Morrow & her team were so compassionate. They worked us in because even though we didn't have an appointment, their philosophy is that no dog should have to wait in pain for an appointment. A lovely woman placed a soft blanket on the floor to make him more comfortable. Dr. Morrow came in with a Tech to prepare the IV. Each stage was explained clearly and thoroughly. She gave us as much choice as anyone can have during such a difficult time. Only when we were absolutely ready did she push the plunger down. Fluke calmly and peacefully passed. Dr. Morrow was so patient with my husband and me as we sobbed over our sweet boy. We never felt rushed at any stage. Today, we received a condolence card in the mail, hand signed by all the staff. An amazing gesture that came at the perfect time. The card included a print of his paw and flower seeds we can plant in his honor. I share this painful story so people will know that with UP Veterinary, Dr. Morrow and her team, you get amazing, high quality service, but without pressure or guilt. They never once made us feel bad for choosing one option over another. We were treated with respect and most importantly, Fluke was treated with respect. (I'm not crying...You're crying)

Our bunny and pup are regular clients here, and we've had nothing but great experiences. Both of our animals get the utmost care and love here. Dr. Paulette is the sweetest and most considerate doctor and we always feel like she wants us to leave informed and cared about. We wouldn't think about going to any other vet clinic for our happy, hairy critters.

We came to UP Vet after a really bad experience with our previous vet. We absolutely love this clinic! Dr. Boone has gone above and beyond our expectations and really made up for the experience we had at our previous vet. It’s been extremely easy to set up appointments and communicate with office staff (so convenient being able to text). Dr. Boone & staff are so knowledgeable and will answer every question you might have. One of our cats deals with IBD so it’s been important for us to find a vet that can help with this and the office has accommodated us anytime she has a stressful flair up! Dr. Boone will work with you on solutions and help you come up with a game plan to ensure your pets health is the #1 priority. They truly care in this clinic and will also reach out after service to make sure everything is going good. Highly recommend this clinic!!

While it was excruciating to wait to get into UP Vet Hospital, the care and professionalism was worth waiting for. From making appointments to reminders to actual day of visit, every single person was courteous and helpful. On visit day, the explanation of services available and needed was thorough, I wasn't upsold, and Gator was returned to me as happy as when he entered the building. Overall, very happy with the switch from another local place that was hard to get into and worse at communication. Great contrast. Highly recommend.
