I’ve been bringing my cat to this clinic for the past three years I believe, and while the front desk staff and vet techs are exceptional—kind, attentive, and genuinely caring—my experiences with the veterinarians themselves have been disappointing, especially in addressing a persistent health issue with my cat. For over a year, my cat has been dealing with severe overgrooming, to the point where he has little to no fur left. Across four separate visits, I felt like I was advocating for my cat’s care more than receiving proactive, professional solutions from the veterinarians. On my first visit, I saw the Spanish-speaking vet. While I have nothing against anyone who speaks Spanish—I work with and am close to many South Americans—this particular vet struggled to enunciate clearly, making it nearly impossible to have an effective conversation. I had to rely heavily on the vet techs to relay information, which is not ideal when discussing my pet’s health. The solution offered was a topical treatment, which did little to help my cat. On subsequent visits, I saw other vets who also recommended topical treatments or made suggestions only after I brought up possible solutions based on my own research. I left feeling like I was the one driving the care plan instead of the vets leading the way with their expertise. On my most recent visit, I once again saw the Spanish-speaking vet. I asked the vet tech and vet whether we should run bloodwork or perform additional testing to rule out underlying health issues, only to be told, “If that’s what you want to do, we can add it to your total today it’ll be about $300.” This response left me feeling unsupported, as if it were my responsibility to suggest and push for necessary diagnostic tests, rather than the vet advocating for the best course of action. Ultimately, nothing was done about my cat’s overgrooming other than the vet tech (who was so lovely) suggesting it might be due to loneliness and that getting another pet might solve the issue. While I appreciated the suggestion, and I did ultimately adopt another cat, and while they get along great, the overgrooming has not improved. Frustrated, I decided to try a different veterinary clinic. Within one visit, the new vet performed bloodwork, administered a steroid shot, and created a clear action plan, leaving me feeling confident and reassured. This stark contrast highlighted just how much was overlooked at my previous visits here. Again, I want to emphasize that the front desk staff and vet techs have been wonderful—they truly care and listen. However, there seems to be a disconnect with the veterinarians themselves in terms of communication, problem-solving, and advocating for the pet’s health. I wouldn’t be writing this review if I hadn’t experienced such a stark difference at another clinic. I hope this feedback helps the clinic address these issues to better serve their patients and pet owners in the future.

We've gone to them for almost 10 years, and unfortunately we're ending the relationship via death by a thousand cuts. They are constantly trying to upsell now. Techs are mediocre. They egregiously over charged us for a dental cleaning that originally had a range of $750-$1000 (including a few anticipated extractions), but while my dog was under, they told us he need 3-4 extra extractions to the tune of $2.5k total...we had no choice really. But more than that they appear to have gone fully corporate. They will no longer write prescriptions for outside pharmacies like Chewy (huge savings), they will only fill out Rx for their own in-house pharmacy which of course will bleed you dry... Greedy and disgusting behavior. They've lost all semblance of integrity.
