First time visit for our little buddy, Melvin. He was petrified and acted out a little bit, but Dr. DeMarino was so kind and patient with him (and with me crying!). You can tell how much she loves animals and we are so glad that we found her. Waiting for blood results and hoping to receive good news!

Betsy and Cathy are kind, considerate and educate us on the issues concerning our pets. I had a health issue with one of my dogs while we were away from home, and they were able to help me remotely! G-d bless this team and the care that they give!!!

Basic veterinary practice with very skilled diagnostician at the core of the practice, and caring, skilled personnel. Will not add tons of unnecessary tests and procedures to your visit, and Dr. Betsy will be able to figure out what your pet's problem is. I'm a long term client of this practice, she has cared for generations of my dogs.

My first time to this veterinary office. I must say after hearing my friends talking so many great things about it, I read the last review and got concern. I still give it a try , because when I call she acomódate my appointment for immediate check up!! I have come home to my chi puppy having an allergic reaction to something and I get really worried! When I walk in I felt in a very vintage, country vet. If you looking for a high end puppy spa vet , this isn’t the place. She immediately atended us and educate us in the matter. She also identify other areas for health improvement,and take care of them. I should say , great genuine and caring service. She help us without adding things to our bill ( I got that in every single visit to all other vets) She has several food and products she could sell to me , but she didn’t! Instead she educated me and give me the 3 best options to choose for my puppy health and for my economy .To me that’s honest care. Unfortunately she doesn’t take credit cards at the moment, ( I find when I try to pay) She was so kind to let me bring the money back! Cm on! I’m a first time visit! She was like no biggie. On my way out I see an other chi patient At parking lot and I ask her about this office, and she said she has being service there for over 20 years and love the doc , the humble place and loving caring services . SOLD! I’m staying in this little veterinary office for good! Thanks so much doc! My puppy is back in action!😘

This is a very basic veterinary office, a true old-fashioned country vet experience. I have been taking my dogs to Betsy since 1994, and she has given me great care and diagnostics at an honest price. If you want a vet who will require bloodwork on a young healthy dog before a dental or will lard up your bill with all manner of things "just to be sure", this is not the vet for you. The office is not fancy, appointment times are approximate, and it's rather like stepping back in time to Dr. Herriot's day but every dog of mine she's done surgery on has bounced back fast, she's willing to listen to you and make you a partner in your pet's care, and she is an excellent diagnostician. She will refer you on to a specialist if she feels she cannot provide the level of expertise for more complicated surgeries or treatments, instead of mucking around and messing things up, which is not true of all vets as I have had some who would attempt to deal with orthopedic injuries without the requisite training and thereby permanently cripple a dog who might otherwise have been returned to normal function. This is not the vet for everyone, but I trust Dr. Betsy to always do right by my dogs and give me the best basic care and needed surgeries for an honest price. I am a very experienced second-generation breeder with multiple dogs of all ages plus some client dogs in for training and I know I can count on her to be a partner in their care and well-being and she shows trust in my own level of expertise and is extremely breeder-friendly. I know a number of very well-known longtime breeders trust her as well. I will be sad when I can no longer go to her with my dogs. I have no idea where I will EVER find another vet as easy to work with and accommodating.
