I want to thank Dr. Simmonds for taking such good care of "Poppy". He was very sick and she was so kind, caring and concerned about my sweet boy. He responded so well to the medicine and treatment. Here are pictures the day after his visit. Unbelievable! Thank-you again Dr. Simmonds and your wonderful staff.

Feb 13, 2025 · Tina MclearyWe had Dr Larsen and his staff care for pur dog, Molly Joy, for about 14 years. We actually switched vets early on. The staff were always professional, yet caring and compassionate. After spending my 45 year career in CS and Mgmt, I value good service. They are the BEST!
Apr 10, 2025 · Dusty CutterReally couldn’t believe the horrible experience here. I needed a new vet and seen the good reviews but my experience was anything but. Had an appointment for 10:10 this morning and when an hour passed in the waiting room I finally asked when we would be seen. To avoid conflict they pulled me into an examination room but continued to tell me there were 2 patients ahead of me. When I came in there were hardly any cars in the parking lot. I continued to wait with my dog until we were finally seen where they tried to give us a 450+ bill. I have shar peis and they need to be seen frequently throughout the year for hot spots and yeast on the skin. I couldn’t believe it. Something so simple wouldn’t even be 100 at my old vet but sadly he retired. Vet tried to rack the bill up and get us to purchase things we did not need. Not a good first impression. I will not be back and do not recommend, unless you want to pay hundreds for pills that they would need every few months. Over priced and obviously can’t get people in at a reasonable time
Jan 10, 2025 · karina williamsHad a great first experience with our rescue husky. They were amazing with her and made sure she got the best care. They explained everything to me and made sure all of my questions were answered. On top of that, the facility was very clean and everyone was very kind. They also gave me a cost breakdown to make sure there were no surprise bills, and everything was reasonably priced. We will be returning with our other dog for a checkup soon!
Jun 21, 2024 · JessiDONT TAKE YOUR REACTIVE DOG!! First when we eventually got inside the room (after a 15 mintue wait in the HEAT with a double coated dog), they kept questioning why he was reactive, and when we explained, they acted like WE caused it. They said his vest gave off the ‘wrong impression’ (it literally only said ‘anti-social butterfly, give me space’). And they practically pinned him against the wall while checking his ears, etc. They than did his bloodwork, and poked him SEVERAL TIMES. Near the BONE. On his back leg. And he got so scared he pooped on the floor. They than proceeded to say he was ‘dangerous’ and ‘aggressive’. And said he needed behavioral and obedience training. Which we said he was slowly getting better with people from what he been through. They tried to have my mom sign a paper stating we had to get him training with their trainer. And charger 202$, including TWO well checks charged. Not worth it. Dont go. Your dog will get traumatized. Update: they didn’t even give the bloodwork results back and it’s been 4 days. They said 24 hours. Would be nice to get back🙄. Update 2: they called finally gave the results back after the 1st update, and said to change my rating on this review. Not happening.
