UL Vet has always been a very nice office. They are caring & good to my pets. We had the sweetest lab they cared for 15 years. Last year we got a 7 month old lab rescue, she is very nervous, was not socialized so for us high maintenance but they are gentle and handle her well. I appreciate that they take their time with her & explain how to care for her when timid & nervous as this is a change for us. I feel there prices are fair & in line with other clinics.

Loved our first experience today! I’m a new pet parent and the vet room was so relaxing and not sterile and scary. My dog fell asleep on the vet when she was listening to his heart! Talk about feeling comfortable. We are also doing some puppy training! She answered all my questions and all the vet techs loved my puppy.

I can’t begin to say how amazing the staff is from the Vets, Vet techs, front counter and billing. They’ve cared for my now almost 12 year old German Shepherd, Jack, for his whole life. While generally he’s been healthy, we have had minor visits from limping, dental procedures, vaccinations, etc. They have always done the right thing for him and cared for him as their own. I can proudly say Union Lake Veterinary Hospital is the reason my dog is still in great health after all these years!

Sadly our dog Zeus had aggressive osteosarcoma or bone cancer. We made the decision to keep him as long as comfortable, then put him to sleep. This was the most wonderful vet clinic I've ever been to. They treated my dog and us with warmth and respect during this difficult time. Zeus was a 6 year old Cane Corso. He was not fond, to say the least, of other strange animals. Going to the vet has always been a nightmare for us. He would get so scared and anxious. Aggressively trying to get away that other vets opted to Ketamine him in the parking lot for check ups. Not here, they have wonderful side doors/rooms you can enter in to avoid contact with other animals. It's genius actually. He went in with no issue. He was happy and calm. They gave him a blanket, bed, treats. He was at peace for his Xrays, labs, diagnosis and then a month later his being put to sleep. They made a terrible moment the best it could be. He got treats, food, and cake. He was loved, happy and at ease. Allowed us to spend time with him afterwards. We opted for cremation, receiving a beautiful wood box/urn and even a follow up condolence card. I am forever grateful regarding the care and concern for detail they offered my pet and our family. You made a sometimes difficult dogs last day most loving and peaceful. Thank you so much, Kim
