We love Underdog! Dr. Teeter is the absolute best! The staff is wonderful and compassionate. Can't say enough good things about them!

They did a great job with my puppy’s spay! France was awesome at making me feel at ease with leaving my pup there. Highly recommend.

My rescue dog that I adopted thru Underdog became sick. I emailed Monday morning with symptoms asking for a call. Didn't expect an appt same day. They responded to the email not very long later offering a noonish appt. I couldn't make that one so they fit me in mid afternoon when I could. Staff is great, UTI is being treated and, once again, a great experience.

The staff at Underdog Vet completely lack any sense of social etiquette or customer service. They are consistently non- communicative and unfriendly.They don’t greet you when you enter or make you feel welcome.They have never asked how my dog is doing (eating, feeling, behaving, growing…) and I adopted her from them about a year ago. She has had 3 appointments there and this is consistently the way we’re treated. They take my dog to the back room, give her the vaccines, bring her out, and then the staff member behind the desk tells me what I owe. No “thank you” or even “bye”. I will not be returning. If you don’t appreciate your human customers, or care enough about your animal customers to ask how they are doing, I will go take my pet elsewhere .

I love how they really care about the animals and how they treat them...They are good to we owners also, Very helpful... They listen to your questions, take the time to explain things to you, and they respect your opinions...I am so glad I found Underdog Veterinary Services...I plan on going to them for as long as I have animals and can get them there...The care they give and their reasonable cost for those cares is so appreciated...Being in a fixed income I never really took my animals to the vet unless it was something I couldn't take care of at home, because of the cost...I don't mind going to UVS and paying for their fantastic service...My Dream is to one day buy a lotto ticket win big $$$ and help Underdog Veterinary Services a beautiful bigger clinic with a nice parking lot, so that they can continue to help people with lower incomes great care for their fur be kids...Thank you for all you do , for my fur kids...!!!
