What a fantastic office and staff! Incredibly friendly and compassionate vet and vet techs who explain everything clearly so you know what to expect, what they’re doing, and what next care steps will be. Fantastic experience and affordable care. We will be bringing our other cats here after our kitten’s excellent experience.

Twin Valley Vet Services, LLC Introduce

For local residents in West Alexandria, Ohio, searching under the category "Pet Hospital," Twin Valley Vet Services, LLC, situated at 6676 US-35 East, presents a complex and contradictory image based on the limited customer reviews available online. While one reviewer describes a highly positive experience characterized by friendly and compassionate staff, clear communication, and affordable care, another recounts a severely negative encounter alleging rudeness, overpricing, concerns about misdiagnosis, poor communication, and a refusal to provide complete medical records. An objective introduction must address both of these starkly different perspectives to provide a balanced overview for potential local clients.

One customer offers glowing praise for their experience at Twin Valley Vet Services, LLC: "What a fantastic office and staff! Incredibly friendly and compassionate vet and vet techs who explain everything clearly so you know what to expect, what they’re doing, and what next care steps will be. Fantastic experience and affordable care. We will be bringing our other cats here after our kitten’s excellent experience." This review highlights several key positive aspects of the clinic. The terms "fantastic office and staff!" immediately set a positive tone. The reviewer specifically commends the "incredibly friendly and compassionate vet and vet techs," indicating a caring and approachable team. The emphasis on clear explanations – ensuring the owner understands the procedures, the ongoing care, and what to anticipate – suggests a commitment to effective communication and transparency. Furthermore, the mention of "affordable care" is a significant positive factor for many pet owners. The reviewer's intention to bring their other cats to the clinic based on their "kitten’s excellent experience" serves as a strong endorsement and suggests consistency in the quality of care provided, at least in this particular instance.

In stark contrast, another reviewer details a profoundly negative experience with Twin Valley Vet Services, LLC: "This place is rude , overpriced! Issue with my dog was clear to another vet and stated by the new vet said unbelievable that it wasn’t noticed this place!! Very tragic ! Reached out to twin valley was told they would call me back , never heard from them, called had to leave a message, then the vet called and was totally out of line and rude ! Next day called to get records for my animals ( which we had paid for ) went to pick up and there was just record of the visits , called following day and refused to give me any records of tests and scripts! This place is trash to their staff and the customers!! Stay away from them!!" This scathing review raises serious concerns across multiple aspects of the clinic's operations. The initial claims of being "rude" and "overpriced" are significant deterrents. The allegation of a missed diagnosis, described as "very tragic" and "unbelievable" by another veterinarian, casts doubt on the quality of care provided in this instance. The subsequent issues with communication – a failure to return calls and a "totally out of line and rude" phone conversation with the vet – point to significant customer service problems. Finally, the accusation of refusing to provide complete medical records, including test results and scripts that were allegedly paid for, is a serious ethical and potentially legal concern. The reviewer's strong condemnation of the clinic as "trash" and their explicit advice to "Stay away from them!!" cannot be ignored and suggests a deeply negative experience.

Given these diametrically opposed reviews, it is challenging to definitively describe the environment of Twin Valley Vet Services, LLC. The positive review suggests a friendly and well-communicating office. However, the negative review paints a picture of rudeness and poor communication. It is possible that the environment and staff interactions are inconsistent, or that different clients have vastly different experiences. The cleanliness and physical setup of the clinic are not mentioned in either review.

Similarly, the services offered appear to be viewed differently by the two reviewers. The positive review implies a range of standard veterinary services, including examinations, diagnoses, and treatment, with clear explanations provided. The negative review, however, raises concerns about the accuracy of diagnoses and the professionalism of the service provided. It also suggests potential issues with the provision of essential follow-up services, such as the proper transfer of medical records.

The features of Twin Valley Vet Services, LLC are also subject to contrasting interpretations. The positive reviewer highlights friendly and compassionate staff, clear explanations, and affordable care as key features. In contrast, the negative reviewer cites rudeness, overpricing, potential misdiagnosis, poor communication, and refusal to provide medical records as significant negative features. The stark difference in these accounts makes it difficult to identify reliable features of the clinic without further information or a larger sample of reviews.

No promotional information is mentioned in either of the provided reviews. Veterinary clinics sometimes offer introductory discounts for new clients, wellness plans, or other promotions. However, in the case of Twin Valley Vet Services, LLC, potential local users may be more concerned with the conflicting reports regarding the quality of care and customer service than with any potential discounts.

In conclusion, for local residents in West Alexandria, Ohio, searching for a "Pet Hospital," Twin Valley Vet Services, LLC at 6676 US-35 East presents a highly polarized image based on the available reviews. While one customer reports a fantastic experience with friendly staff, clear communication, and affordable care, another details a severely negative encounter involving rudeness, alleged misdiagnosis, poor communication, and issues with medical records. These conflicting accounts suggest a potential inconsistency in the quality of care and customer service provided at this clinic. Local users are strongly advised to weigh these differing experiences carefully and perhaps seek additional information or consider alternative veterinary providers in the area before making a decision about their pet's care.

Absolutely fantastic with our babies. Best veterinary clinic around in my experience. I drive from north of Eaton, Ohio to see them because the care and compassion is leaps and bounds compared to anywhere local. Thank you for the care and compassion you have shown me and our fur babies. Customer for life.

Shame on you Twin Valley Veterinary Services LLC. On Monday I took a very sick kitten into Twin Valley Vet Services. I was there for over an hour for them to do a Giardia test, give the kitten some fluids and a topical for fleas. They sent home some deworming meds (even though the test came back negative) and some medicated food/ vitamins with instructions to bring the kitten back if she got worse or didn’t improve by Wednesday. The next day, the kitty took a turn for the worse. At noon she was lethargic and having trouble breathing. The vets office is closed from 12 to 1 for lunch. I drove to the vets office in time for them to open the doors at 1. There was a lovely family there with two dogs who had a one o’clock appointment. They were kind enough to offer to let me go first since the kitten was in obvious distress. The women at the front desk put us in a room and said they would let the vet tech know we were here with an emergency. 15 minutes later after no one coming into the room, I go out and ask if the vet will be in soon as the kitten is declining rapidly. The extremely rude woman at the front desk says “he’s with a patient who had an appointment.” And I asked “doesn’t an emergency trump an appointment?” To which I was met with a rude response and then she said she would go and check. 5 minutes later, still no one arrived to even take a look at her and she died. To say I was angry is an understatement. Most of you that know me know that I get quiet when I’m angry usually. This time I couldn’t be quiet. We left the room to leave and the rude lady said “he’s coming in in a minute.” To which my response was “The kitten died while we were sitting in that room for 20 minutes waiting for someone to come.” This woman had the audacity to say “He was in with an appointment, what did you want me to do, pull him from that? They had an appointment.” In what world does an appointment trump an emergency? Never going back there. Heart broken for this kitten.

Thank you Chantel for being so kind with prince. I wasn't going to come back after my last trip but I'm glad I gave it another chance.
