I have been going here for years with my dogs Shadow (golden retriever), and Teddy (golden doodle), and I love the doctors and front desk staff! They are always very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable with all of their needs!

My dog always had chronic ear issues and it seemed like nothing ever helped. I waited to post this to see how my dog responded and happily to say shes doing great! Dr. Stevens and staff were awesome and very friendly. They thoroughly explained everything and even provided a helpful demonstration on how to clean ears which has been a game changer.

I’ve been a long time customer and spent many thousands of dollars with both of my dogs here. I called to say my dog was extremely lethargic and could not walk and they gave me an appointment for five days later. Obviously, I was concerned enough to take him to North star Hospital, and he round up having a bleeding tumor at first in his abdomen, and if I did not take him he would’ve died. Perhaps the veterinarian you have been loyal to should prioritize emergencies over wellness visits for more money. Very disappointed.

Don’t waste your time or money, front desk girls are great! Never did see a vet after waiting well beyond appt time in a room without air conditioning on an 84degree day! My poor dog was so stressed with the heat in addition to being at the vet, there was No explanation no apology for the delay. (Desk staff apologies were abundant, this is out of their control) Not a word from a manager or the Vet on duty. This was our second visit to this animal hospital to finish our Bella’s vaccinations & to schedule her spay. Courtesy evidently isn’t a priority at this VCA hospital, major work on the professional level is needed on communication & people skills. There is no way I would entrust this practice to spay or continue to care for my dog

Excellent Vet. very friendly and helpful. Little pricey, but thorough. Like the Drs there. We take all out pets there. The reason I know they're a good vet who cares about the patients, is when my girl was very sick they recommended taking her to a specialist outside their practice. A prior vet killed one of my pets by milking doing things when they had no idea what was wrong. Could have recommended a specialist, but cared more about money than healing. Highly recommend them.

Everyone has been so wonderful with our dogs. From Dr Parker, who woke up at 4am to call me after a terrible and life threatening diagnosis for one of my dogs, to Dr V, the front desk staff and assistants, who helped us give one of our dogs grace after a long life. We can’t say enough great things about the care and compassion at VCA. If we get another dog in our future, we know we will go back in a heartbeat. Thank you for over 20 years of the greatest vet care! We appreciate all of you!
