Jan 16, 2025 · Darcie BoltzIf I could give this place a million stars I would! We have been seeing Dr. Robertson since my girl was a puppy. When she left our old vet office we were devastated. But we found out she was at Twin Pines. We love Dr. Robertson! She is the most caring human being. She treats my girl like her own. She has always been there for us, near or far honestly every time. She is knowledgable and knows exactly what she is talking about each time! She's our favorite! All the people that work at Twin Pines are special! They care about your and your pet and do whatever they can to help. I can say with confidence anyone you see here will do whatever they can to help you. Thank you Dr. Robertson and Twin Pines for loving on my sweet girl and always helping us!
Jan 05, 2025 · Kimberly FrinkI'm new to the state, and had a medical emergency for my pig. They were able to fit him in for surgery right away. The receptionist, Elyse, was absolutely amazing. I dropped him off, and they immediately got started and finished his surgery within an hour. I was super impressed by the doctor and vet assistant that took care of him. They were professional, caring, and had great communication. Thanks for all your help!
Aug 10, 2024 · Miranda BurdettWe discovered this place 4 years ago. Not the closest to our home in Redmond. But, we like the way they treat our two older, small dogs. So, we have stuck with this vet for 4 years even though there are other vets closer to us. BTW, nothing against the vets in Redmond or Kirkland. Just that since we already clicked with this vet, we will stay with this one.
Mar 12, 2025 · Shaibal RoyWe are so thankful for the staff at Twin Pines Animal Hospital. Dr. Hardy and her staff are professional and very kind hearted. Sandra and Kelsey both were very wonderful with communication and very loving with our pup Cassie. Cassie has separation anxiety and can get quite loud and vocal about her needs. It was reassuring to hear Dr. Hardy tell us her staff was enjoying giving her lots of love. We are overjoyed with our choice to switch to this vet and will definitely be returning! Thank you again for taking care of our little lady and making her feel safe and welcomed!
