Unfortunately my experience at True vets was not Good. My 15 year old boy was sick when I brought him in, I was told 3 different things by 1 vet, 1 surgeon & the office manager.. I was not given the information all at once, it was on my 3rd visit that I realized the staff had changed & the original vet I saw was no longer there nor was the office manager I continued to give my boy subQ fluids & a special Kidney diet for another 12 days until it was time When I went to put him down I met a new vet who had problems, saying he was so dehydrated his veins were collapsing but that was the first time I was told about dehydration! My beautiful boy passed on 1/31/2025 They called me to come pick up a small vial of his Fur.. I was told they were doing a picture for me I have Yet to hear from Them but they gladly let me pay them over $1000 for not giving me a Full Diagnosis & misleading information. Do not recommend

Fantastic place!! They were able to get my cat, Grace, in for an appointment super quick! Grace is turning 14 this year, so we wanted to get her a routine checkup. All of the staff, from the receptionists to the techs to the vet (and the owner!) were so incredibly kind and considerate throughout all of our interactions! The only issue we had was Grave wouldn’t stop purring long enough for the vet to listen to her heart! 😂 They even called a few days later to check on my little sweetheart (who is doing fantastic 😁). If you’re looking for a vet who isn’t trying to upsell you crazy things and genuinely cares about your pets like their own, you’ve found the place! 💕

Atrocious service from day one, and now refusing my dogs prescription after they agreed to cover it. They changed vets and didn’t let us know properly and now it’s our fault we haven’t seen their new vet? And expect to pay for it? I spoke with the owner on the phone after their receptionist couldn’t do her job, she was extremely rude, dismissive, and it was clear all they were after is money, and after doing research, most vets in the area, even miles away are cheaper. I went there in the beginning for a promotion to save money and I’ve been paying for it ever since. And looking at the reviews, several pets have died in direct correlation to their care. For shame. Don’t even respond with your patronizing either, I’ve heard enough of the lies

TruVets truly are the kindest and caring people from reception to techs to the Dr. I wished I had brought my cat to them sooner. Cocoa our 19 1/2 yo cat was diagnosed with a tumor in his bladder and was told to make him comfortable. Went to TruVets for a second opinion who was immediately concerned with his weight (other vet not concerned) and prescribed meds that possibly could shrink tumor but would also help with inflammation for his hips. Like I said I wished I had brought him to them sooner as his condition went down hill. Even with end of life all of them were the kindest, caring staff to both the animal and owner. Thank you all.

trueVets is awesome and more knowledgeable than others I've been to. My pup was so comfy he wanted to play with the tech and vet... whereas other vets he hides and wanþs nothing to do with the techs or the vet. I love that they give you options and plans and make you feel comfortable about your choices! Thank you!! Highly recommend!!!

I wish I had found this place years ago! Every employee we met there was absolutely wonderful. They did everything they could to make sure our 13 year old dog, Tiger, was accommodated and comfortable. He had some issues going on and we started to bring him there for acupuncture. Dr. Ferris was great with him. She was so caring, loving and gentle with him. Tiger enjoyed going to the visits so much that we switched all of his care to Truevets. Although Tiger has crossed the rainbow bridge, I feel Dr. Ferris tried everything possible to help Tiger, and made sure he was comfortable every step of the way. She made sure we were well informed, spent time with us and answered any questions we had. I would recommend her to everyone!
