Feb 22, 2025 · Cassie MckillipLove this place! They helped my dog day of. He had a swollen foot. They showed him so much love. I will forever be a client ❤️
Feb 11, 2025 · Ashlee FisherEveryone here is kind and very caring. Our family had the misfortune to have to say goodbye to our dogs this year. The two times we went to do this, everyone was so kind and and respectful to us and our fur babies. They are truly compassionate and caring.
Nov 11, 2024 · Jerry LeonardTook my dog Oden to the vet. He was seen by the vet Taylor, who immediately was standoffish and scared of my dog, even though he was behaving perfectly fine and nice. He was wagging his tail getting treats from the vet, assistant Brooklyn, and didn’t give her any reason to be scared of him, but because he’s a pitbull, she immediately judged him and wouldn’t even do an examine on my dog. Once the shots were completed. She told me she was all done and left. I then went and talked to Brooklyn more about why I needed to get my dog fixed and the struggles we were having with him and his anxiety. His backstory she agreed that that that was the right course of action for my dog, and the appointment ended very nicely. However, I still had eight puppies that needed to get their first set of shots. So I took Oden back to my car and waited for someone to come out and assist me. No one came so I went back in to ask what they wanted me to do with the puppies when I went back in I heard all three people who assisted me that day, talking crap about not only me, but my dog calling me a liar saying they were scared of my dog Taylor said, and I quote. I just knew as soon as I saw him there was a problem with him. I knew I had just a funny feeling, and I shouldn’t and I trusted my instincts not to touch him because he’s an aggressive dog Mind you he didn’t do anything aggressive or out of character of him. There was an instant where he growled at one of the students because the student just wrapped his arms around him without even asking if I would be OK with it, and I would have told him no because my dog doesn’t know him and if they needed me to restrain my dog, I would have for the shots, but he has had never had an issue with receiving his shots before Growling is a completely normal reaction for a dog who is uncomfortable and he was so well behaved he didn’t do anything aggressive, but she made it clear that if they were gonna take him to get fixed that she would write on his paperwork and big red letters, aggressive on my dog, my dog was seen as a pitbull and immediately judged, and they felt like he was dangerous all because of his breed and his size if you have a big dog, do not take them to this establishment not only that they were completely Unprofessional by talking crap about their client while they were still there and could hear them they didn’t even have the decency to wait for me to leave. I corrected this behavior nicely and calmly after all puppies were seen and didn’t yell didn’t cuss. Nothing I just said that they were wrong to judge my dog And that it’s inappropriate for them to be talking about a customer and calling them names when they could still hear you and not being even aware of their surroundings, I asked to talk to a manager that day of course no one was there. I decided to kinda just let it go, but then I checked my email and I received a notice that I will no longer be able to take any of my other dogs back there, even if there’s an emergency which I was never planning to anyways, but it just goes to show you can’t even correct the wrong behavior without them Just immediately telling you not to come back they can’t even take responsibility for what they’ve done wrong so instead now if I have an issue or an emergency with my dogs, I have to drive an hour away for them to be seen because this establishment couldn’t be responsible to just own up that what they did was wrong
Mar 11, 2025 · Alieah CarterAs a 15+ year pet owner, this is the best veterinary office I have ever known. Everyone is so helpful, caring, and kind. They have made time to help me through emergencies as well as everyday care for my 4 dogs. One of those dogs would not be here today if not for the quick response and quick thinking of the team. I appreciate them so much!
