I would give 0 stars if I could. They put my 20 yr old cat to sleep during pandemic without letting me be with her.i was under the undestantgst They were just going to sedate her first. They just brought her back to me dead. I will never forgive them or myself. Stay far away from this place!

Please don't take your pet to Tri-city Animal Hospital. They performed surgery on my dog to correct a hernia, which I found out later is not recommended for small dogs because of the risk of complications. They never told me about the possible complications. My dog could have lived a normal life with the hernia, but they insisted that he needed surgery. They do not have the proper equipment or tools to take care of animals. They were going to perform the surgery without x-rays. I was told that their x-ray machine was not working. I gave them x-rays from another vet, so I wasn't worried about something going wrong. I really don't think the person who was supposed to be the veterinarian knew how to even read an x-rays. I took my dog back several times for help, but he never recovered from the surgery and passed a slow painful death. The pain of losing my best friend is overwhelming and I don't want anyone else to feel the pain that I live with everyday. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS TO TRI-CITY ANIMAL HOSPITAL IN EAST POINT, GA.

I've taken both my dogs here for many years. Love the staff (especially Lisa 💚), she's caring, friendly and empathetic towards my puppies Prada (boy) and Polo (girl) #MyPeople

This animal shelter has some beautiful Maltipoo and Cats all the care and love in the world. Amazing staff. Ms. Lisa is sooo good with pets and strays. 🫶🏾💕
