My dog has been pausing and sitting in front of the door of this place just about EVERY single time we pass it for the past three years. I was so confused because I always thought it was a cat cafe and could've sworn there used to be cat trees in the window. Then the cat trees disappeared and window artwork showed up. I sold my car a couple years ago and for the first time realized how difficult it is to do ride-sharing with pets. I was used to having a car for 15 years, so I never thought about the convenience of vet visits when you own a car until recently. Because my dog CONTINOUSLY sat in front of the door of this place, even though she loved her regular vet almost an hour away, I was curious about why she was so smitten by it. To my surprise, I found out they offer extremely reasonable vaccination and heartworm tests for much lower rates than my regular vet and not just to cats. I kept looking for a catch, but it turns out there are none outside of having limited appointments and only scheduling within a 30-day timeframe. The person "Em" who responded to a few of my messages was VERY friendly and informative. I was sold! Although Em didn't really make eye contact or talk to anyone besides the other front-desk person (Natalie), including when I asked a prescription question and she turned her back to respond to Natalie instead of me (who clearly asked), she did answer an exam question I had when I first came in. I'm still rooting for Em though; she may just be more comfortable responding in front of a computer instead of person-to-person. The vet assistant is oddly intense though. I was used to going into the vet exam room with my dog, but she claimed I couldn't because of "time." That made zero sense, considering I was going to do nothing to stop the vaccinations. When I asked a prescription question to the vet (Isabelle Pajak) and Natalie, that same vet assistant chose to answer the question ... from about eight feet away so I'm straining to hear her. I don't know what to make of her. She doesn't quite glare and definitely DOES NOT smile; she's just off-putting. BUT I REALLY LIKE NATALIE. Not as much as my dog, who kept hopping on two feet to get her attention and to get Natalie to pet her. I was worried my dog was going to leave paw prints on the desk wall because she loved herself some Natalie, who she'd never met. I also thought she was warm, friendly, and informative. She has a great disposition for working with curious pet owners and definitely dogs. The rescue vet Isabelle Pajak was super nice too although my dog was definitely trying to scurry back to me after the shots. I would definitely go back and like this place. While half of the staff completely won me over (three of four if I include email responses), their reasonable pricing couldn't have been more appreciated. I give it a 4.5 star rating. I would highly recommend them for pricing, convenience, cleanliness and (apparently delicious) dental treats.

Jun 18, 2024 · Shamontiel VaughnVery friendly and professional staff. I've had three cats spaded/neutered there and never had any issues. My cat was up and running around within 5 hours like it never happened. Same-day drop-off and pick-up so that you're loved one can recover in the comforter they're own home. Thank you Treehouse.
Mar 18, 2023 · jennifer cookHow dare you spay pregnant cats without the owner's consent? I understand that it’s a busy clinic and there are staffing shortages; however, that’s not a valid excuse. It only takes a minute to call the owner and ask them if they want to continue the procedure. It’s either a 'Yes' or 'No.' It’s not that hard!
Aug 12, 2024 · Nedal AhmedMy dog and I had a great experience at the Tree House. The staff was very accommodating to my rescue dog Meatball who is very reactive to other animals. It is very clean inside and they are efficient. Took about ten minutes total. Prices are very reasonable and I will be back again next year.
May 08, 2021 · Moira DomanHad a great experience getting my cat spayed here. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. It only cost $30 more to get your cat fixed here than it does at Paws. I had my other cat neutered at Paws, and would recommend Tree House over them any day. Much better service and quality care. (This is not a jab at Paws - just an honest opinion of someone who’s been to both clinics)
