- "If we could give Treasure Coast Animal Rehab 100 stars, we would! What an amazing difference in our little guy in just a few months. Marco, our 10-year-old beagle, has experienced repeated injuries to his legs throughout his life. Each time he would limp, we would take him to his vet, they would prescribe pain meds and rest. First 2 weeks, then 4-6 weeks, then the next time it was 8 weeks. Eventually, his vet recommended just keeping his activity restricted for the rest of his life. When we didn’t like that answer, we turned to TCAR. You’ll be greeted at the door by Kristen, who is so sweet and kind and always excited to see you as you walk in. Dr. Amber was so kind and patient in the intake appointment, explaining thoroughly everything she was seeing in a way we could understand and taking ample time to answer our many questions. We left that appointment with so many answers and resources, as well as lots of things to implement at home (different beds, supplements, medications, exercises, etc). Marco began seeing Liz and Randi for hydrotherapy and dryland exercises, first twice a week and then weekly. I couldn’t have hand-picked two people who I would trust more with Marco - they are so gentle and patient with him and I can tell that they honestly love their jobs. They are so knowledgeable, explaining what is going on at every step, what we should look for at home, and being ever so attentive both to Marco and to us. We have seen an amazing turnaround in Marco after just 6 visits with Liz and Randi. He walks stronger now than he has in his whole life! We are forever grateful to TCAR and all their staff, especially Liz and Randi, for their incredible work with Marco. They have given Marco back a quality of life that we feared might not be possible. To have this extra time - pain-free - with our best boy is absolutely invaluable. If you are on the fence about reaching out, take this as your sign! Our only regret is that we didn’t know about TCAR sooner."
We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. We are closed on Wednesday and Sunday. For any inquiries or to schedule an appointment, please call us at +1 772-492-6066. In case of an emergency, feel free to contact us directly by phone.

Mar 05, 2025 · Lauren CantorWhat can I say about Dr Amber and her team except that they were a God send. My girl mysteriously became paralyzed in her back half of her body in August of 2023. We brought her to her vet who said she needed to see a neurological specialist. We brought her in, and before they even ran an MRI or tests they said we should just put her down. I had to fight for my dogs life and to get her the help she needed. They did an MRI and said they didn’t know what was wrong with her and continued to say we should just put the dog down. We were offered no alternatives, no help to care for a paralyzed pet, nothing. I did my own research on the internet of things I could do for my pup. I kept coming across therapy. I did my own range of motion on her back legs until I saw a spark of movement. I brought her to her vet and asked about therapy they then sent us to Dr Amber. Dr Amber saw Zora as a living and breathing animal who needed help. She never once said Zora needed to be put down. She has been working with Zora since September 2023. Zora got her feeling back in her back half of her body. She can move around where she wants to go and is no longer bed bound. She can move her legs and feet. And we are on our way to having her walk again! Dr Amber and her team have loved Zora from the beginning and never gave up on her. They give her every chance and every opportunity that they can so that she can have a happy full life. I am so grateful to them and could not recommend them enough.
Mar 08, 2024 · Melissa towleTreasure Coast Animal Rehabilitation & Fitness is nothing short of amazing. They are truly passionate about the care and outcome from asking how my Izze is doing when she arrives and tailoring to her needs. I truly believe they are a Godsend and blessing.
Dec 27, 2024 · Denice TobyI cannot recommend Dr. Amber and her staff enough. They are patient, kind, truly care for pet and owner. Most of all knowledgeable and encouraging. My dog is actually excited to go for treatment. I also get excited for her treatment. The office is clean and welcoming. The rooms are spacious as well for all size animals. Highly highly recommend.
