Every single time I've brought my cats over to them, they've always been so compassionate and patient. one of my cats is incredibly shy and timid but, Dr.Jordan was so patient with him and I could tell that he was getting comfortable with the attention he was getting from her. My other cat had constant urinary issues and they were able to figure out the cause! He's been fine since! Will continue to bring my boys over to this place. Thank you!

My first time here today with my 8 month old puppy and it was the BEST experience. They were so nice and patient from start to finish. I had to tell everyone I came in contact with about my experience. I’m so happy to have found them.

The staff is very helpful. The veterinarian hospice is very clean and everybody has respect for everybody there. I enjoy going there, but I know the dog doesn’t but they’re very helpful and they take care of my puppy.

Our family loves this place! My husband and I went there a few weeks before picking up our new addition just to get familiarized with the practice and the services and the prices. The sweet lady we spoke to was very informative and gave us a couple of quotes. She was very patient with our questions and super friendly. I think her name is Kimberly, she was so great. We took our 8 week old miniature schnauzer today for her check up and the staff was amazing, very welcoming and nice. Answered all of our questions and were very sweet to our baby Luna. We are happy to be a part of the Town and Country West Veterinary family. Will definitely be coming back and refer our family and friends.

Of all the vet clinics I've visited this was the best in terms of services, genuine advice and choices offered. Dr. Jordan took care of my pet's emergency! She is the best!
