Our dog had chewed up something. We called and was told to bring him in. Once we got there she told us there xray machine was down. It had been down for days. Why not tell us this when we called. We went to another vet and had a great experience.

Took my puppy there to have ear cropping down. They did an amazing job! Called me to give me status updates and pricing was very fair. I was supper impressed when my local vet had an emergency and they have stepped in with all my dogs needs and I do not live very close to them. I called today because I happened to be near there and they squeezed us in for some shots I was scheduled to come back(3.5) hours round trip for next week. Love these guys!

I have taken my pets to Drs. Ballard since 1995. They have cared for many of my animals from the day I got them until they passed over the rainbow bridge. Putting a pet down is horrible, but they are compassionate and truly love animals. They are accommodating, fair and reasonable in their charges. You can usually get in very quickly too.
