Jan 10, 2025 · Douglas LittletonI brought my little girl (2 yo French bulldog) for a spay surgery just to get a call a few hours later telling me that she died suddenly after the surgery. Then the doctor put me on hold so I can pay my bill. The chance of such a death is 1 in 10,000. I will never know what really happened but I have to live with the loss and $1000 bill.
Apr 25, 2025 · luba everittVet was clearly intimidated by my lg breed dog. We muzzled him and then I put him on their exam table which had lockable caster wheels. The vet made a half hearted attempt to give him his rabies shot in which he moved and in the process caused my dog to fall off the table because it had slid out from underneath him due to them not locking out the wheels on the table. I was then told we'll have to put him under to perform the rabies shot. I'm not saying my dog was completely innocent in this exchange but she really made zero attempt to gain his confidence. I left and I don't think I will return.

Went there 3 times in a week for shots and a problem with our dog’s tail caused by happy dog syndrome that caused an infection from hitting it too many times on corners and furniture. Staff is rude, vet was rude. Her tail went necrotic after trying to follow their lack of instructions for limp tail. Had to go to emergency vet and remove the tail. Came back to get stitches off and every single one of the staff was extremely rude, even though it could’ve been avoided if the vet listened about the problem in the first place. No sorry, no owning up to the mistake just hostility. Don’t use this vet unless you want them to drug your pet up to solve their issues because that’s the answer for everything. Btw drugs don’t work if your pet is in too much pain, like mine was. We weren’t taken seriously.
