Dr Mott has kept my 9 year old lab still competitively competing in flyball. Plus she keeps the younger 2 labs in great condition. We can't thank her enough. Very knowledgeable.

Welcome to Town & Country Veterinary Clinic
Welcome to Town & Country Veterinary Clinic, your local Pet Hospital located at N1883 WI-22, Wautoma, WI 54982, USA. As a Pet Hospital serving the Wautoma community, we aim to provide comprehensive veterinary care for your animal companions. The online reviews offer contrasting perspectives, highlighting both the expertise of our veterinarians and a potential aspect of our appointment policy for new clients.
One positive review specifically praises Dr. Mott for her knowledge and the positive impact she has had on the reviewer's dogs. The reviewer mentions that Dr. Mott has enabled their 9-year-old lab to continue competitively participating in flyball, a physically demanding sport for dogs. This suggests that Town & Country Veterinary Clinic, under Dr. Mott's care, may have expertise in areas relevant to active and sporting dogs, potentially including sports medicine, rehabilitation, or a deep understanding of canine physical health and performance. The review also notes that Dr. Mott keeps their two younger labs in great condition, indicating a capability in general wellness and preventative care for dogs of various ages. The client expresses immense gratitude for Dr. Mott's knowledge and the care provided.
However, another review presents a different experience. This potential client reported two instances where they were unable to bring their dog in for care. The first time was due to the veterinarian being on vacation, which the reviewer understood. The second instance occurred when they attempted to make an appointment as a new client. They were reportedly told to go elsewhere because they were not already in the system. This individual had hoped to establish care with a vet closer to their home but felt that Town & Country Veterinary Clinic was not interested in new business based on this experience. This review raises a point about the clinic's policies regarding new patients, which might be a factor for local users considering our services.
Based on these reviews, the environment of Town & Country Veterinary Clinic is not explicitly described. However, the positive feedback regarding Dr. Mott's knowledge and ability to maintain the health and performance of sporting dogs suggests a professional and capable clinical setting. The negative review focuses more on the administrative aspect of appointment scheduling for new clients rather than the physical environment of the clinic itself.
Regarding services, we can infer that Town & Country Veterinary Clinic offers general veterinary care, including wellness check-ups and potentially more specialized care related to canine sports medicine, given Dr. Mott's success with the flyball-competing lab. The fact that the first reviewer has multiple dogs under Dr. Mott's care implies a range of services suitable for different ages and health needs. However, the specifics of these services (e.g., surgery, dental care, diagnostics) are not detailed in these reviews. To get a comprehensive understanding of all the veterinary services offered, direct contact with the clinic would be necessary.
A key feature of Town & Country Veterinary Clinic appears to be the expertise and knowledge of Dr. Mott, particularly in relation to canine health and performance. Her ability to keep a senior dog competitively active and maintain the well-being of younger dogs highlights a level of veterinary skill that is valued by at least one client. However, another potential feature, based on the negative review, might be a policy that could make it challenging for new clients to schedule appointments, at least in some circumstances.
No information about any promotional offers or specific goods sold at Town & Country Veterinary Clinic is available in the provided reviews. Therefore, we cannot comment on any discounts, packages, or products that might be offered. For such details, please contact the clinic directly.
In summary, Town & Country Veterinary Clinic in Wautoma, WI, is a Pet Hospital where Dr. Mott is recognized for her veterinary knowledge, particularly in maintaining the health and performance of active dogs. Apr 01, 2025 · Lori WhitneyI can't say if they're good or not, because the two times I tried to take my dog in, they refused me. Once, because the Dr. was on vacation,I get that, then today, I wanted to make an appointment, but because aI wasn't already in the system, they told me to go elsewhere. I wanted to establish with a vet closer to my home, but aI guess they don't want the business.
Feb 14, 2025 · Mary JohnsonVery kind staff. My Abby Jo got spayed. They brought her out to my car. She wanted me but when in my arms she saw the vet and wanted her again. No issues from surgical view. Only vet I will take my baby to.
May 15, 2021 · Patricia HlavacekThey absolutely take care of your pet as if it were there own pet. Thank you for always taking good care of our Lab.
Dec 13, 2024 · Timm NelsonI took my little yorkie 16 1/2 year old as he was having long strong seizures. When I told them what we made plans to bring him in. They were kind and compassionate. They explained everything thoroughly. After the first injection with me holding him I left the room and they finished. One of the hardest things I ever went through and they made it bearable. Later they sent a card. They had a new vet who just started there and she is very good. And the price is very reasonable. If my heart can ever decide to fill the void my dog left I most definitely would go there.
