Town & Country Veterinary Clinic Introduce

Welcome to the introduction of Town & Country Veterinary Clinic, a Pet Hospital located at 3305 Jackson Ave, Point Pleasant, WV 25550, USA. Town & Country Veterinary Clinic can be contacted at phone number (304) 675-2441 or mobile phone +1 304-675-2441. As a local Pet Hospital, they aim to provide veterinary services for your animal companions. The customer reviews offer a mixed perspective, highlighting both positive aspects and a significant negative experience.

Details about the specific environment of Town & Country Veterinary Clinic are not provided in the reviews. However, typically, a veterinary clinic includes a reception area for clients and their pets, examination rooms for consultations and treatments, and potentially surgical suites or other specialized areas depending on the services offered. One positive review mentions the staff being "very friendly and considerate," which might suggest a welcoming and caring atmosphere within the clinic. However, the reviews do not offer further insights into the physical environment itself.

Based on the customer reviews, we can identify some of the services offered at Town & Country Veterinary Clinic. One reviewer mentioned having a stray cat "neutered" at the clinic, indicating that neutering is one of their services. Another reviewer had their cat "spayed" at the clinic. These comments confirm that surgical procedures like spaying and neutering are performed. The first reviewer also noted "great prices," suggesting that affordability might be a feature of their service. However, the second review, while initially stating that the staff is "always so nice there," recounts the tragic death of their cat shortly after returning home from a spaying procedure. This indicates that while they offer spaying services, a severe adverse outcome occurred in this particular instance, leading the reviewer to no longer recommend the clinic.

Features of Town & Country Veterinary Clinic, as suggested by the reviews, include a friendly and considerate staff and what is perceived as great pricing. The ability to perform routine surgeries like neutering and spaying is also a feature. However, a significant point of concern is raised by one reviewer regarding the outcome of a spaying procedure, which resulted in the death of their cat shortly after the surgery. This serious incident, despite the initial positive remarks about the staff's niceness, casts a shadow over the otherwise positive aspects mentioned.

No promotional information is available in the provided text. Therefore, we cannot comment on any special offers, discounts, or introductory packages that Town & Country Veterinary Clinic might be currently offering.

For local users in Point Pleasant, West Virginia, considering Town & Country Veterinary Clinic for their pet care needs, the available reviews present a somewhat contradictory picture. On one hand, there is praise for the friendly and considerate staff and the great prices, particularly for services like neutering. On the other hand, a deeply concerning experience is shared where a cat died shortly after a spaying procedure at the clinic. Potential clients will need to weigh these contrasting perspectives. If you are considering Town & Country Veterinary Clinic, it may be prudent to discuss their surgical procedures and post-operative care protocols in detail. You can contact them at (304) 675-2441 to inquire further.

In summary, Town & Country Veterinary Clinic in Point Pleasant, West Virginia, offers services such as neutering and spaying, and is noted for having a friendly and considerate staff with great prices. Direct communication with the clinic is advised to address any questions or concerns.

I have to say they are always so nice there, but I just came home after getting my cat spayed. She was with me for almost 7 years and she came home and died. Respectfully, I cannot recommend this place anymore

This vet is very caring They don't mess around doing unnecessary things. They get right to the point and make your animal well. Prices are not that bad depending on the severity of The problem, but I think it's awesome place to go and my animals are always treated very good, And they always get better. I bring all of my animals here. This is one of my cats. Her name is baby kitten and she ran away 7 days and got really sick, the doctor made her better in no time. And didn't hesitate to see her without an appointment once I found her.

The staff are amazing and great with all my animals! It's easy to get in for a visit at any time. The prices are cheaper than other vets offices too.

Last week my oldest fur baby had to be put to sleep. Dr. Shockey and Pat are patient, kind, caring, and straight to the point. I wouldn't take my babies anywhere else.
