Everyone, from the moment you step in the door, is incredibly helpful and kind. Thank you for always taking such good care of Pierre!
Mar 13, 2025 · Nicole PesinoI'm a little hesitant to give a less than five star review, based on the responses to previous negative reviews, but I still wanted to share our experience. We were happy to be able to get an appointment within a week. One of our sweet young cats had died unexpectedly and we wanted to get his sister checked out. Once we had the appointment and paid the deposit, we got multiple increasingly urgent automated text messages about giving adequate notice if we needed to cancel, and a message a few days after we scheduled the appointment that they they hadn't received records from the old vet, and would cancel our appointment if they didn't receive them. I called to explain that we had asked the old vet to send the records, that it had only been a couple of days, and also to say that all of these text messages were pretty stressful, given that we had just lost our other cat a couple days before. I decided to cancel the appointment when the person I spoke with was unsympathetic. Three stars, not one, because they did refund our deposit promptly, and apparently, based on all the other reviews, the vet is great. I would encourage this office to review their appointment reminder protocol, and to provide some coaching to whoever it was I spoke with.
Jan 20, 2025 · Rebecca BeeOur pupper has been seeing Town and Country since she came to us from Texas! Although, she must admit she's not fond of doctors or shots, she's been treated beautifully each time she's taken! lol. A little humor, but really, they're all great, welcoming, caring and medically on point!
Mar 12, 2025 · Adele BellThis place is great! The staff is super friendly and it is very easy to get and send records for pets transferring. We take all of our cats and dogs there for care, they are so thorough and caring.
Jan 11, 2024 · Emma Wentworth WinchesterI was coming here for years initially. I’ve never had a problem with their doctors but in JULY I pulled (all 3) of my dogs files out of there!! I was tired of it and had enough!! The women up front were SO RUDEEEE. Just basic talking etc and I just couldn’t do with the attitude anymore and it’s been constant rudeness over a duration of time with the same snobby girls got me fed up!! Next. If you don’t like your job, find a new one!! There’s plenty of people willing to fill your position. That final day I pulled my dogs files and left. When she saw my face and I told her I wanted all my past history sent to my email she had nothing to say whatsoever and let me leave! Poorly ran. I am loving Tolland vet hospital 💘
