Town Center Animal Hospital

I want to start out by saying I have been taking my cats to this vet since I adopted them at just 3 months old, that is more than 11 years. While I feel the amount of love the staff have for the animals they care for I will say I feel things have shifted with the care they provide as a hole. With that being said, I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude to all the staff who have taken care of Patti over the years. Unfortunately my sweet deaf girl threw a clot and went into congestive heart failure just 18 days before Christmas. This was sudden and unexpected. I took her to an emergency vet after hours on a Saturday evening and sadly she had to be euthanized. What really saddens me is I received more compassion from Chewy sending me a card than I did Patti’s vet that saw nothing less than at least once a year. I use Pet Desk to book my cat’s appointments and as quick as can been Town Center Animal Hospital wiped away her profile like she never existed. The same week that Patti passed away I had her biological brother having bowel issues and spent a night at Town Center. That was so much happening with my babies in a short time. While I greatly appreciate the care they provided to Austin I felt like when Patti passed they didn’t give me any time to grieve before wiping her away. I get it’s a business but behind the very reason of that business there is the emotional aspect to loosing a pet.

I want to let all pet owners know about the exceptionally amazing pet care and over all great experience I always have at Town Center Animal Hospital. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable and they always go out of their way to show genuine compassion and concern about the well being of your pet. Although the Doctors there are all great I'd like to give exceptional praise to Dr. Leslie Stewart as she has always cared for my Husky with the utmost of care, skill and professionalism. In the past my dog has had a couple of close call emergencies and Dr. Stewart has always managed to resolve those health issues by getting my dog back to great health as quickly as possible. I highly recommend Town Center Animal Hospital for all your pet's health-care needs as they are definitely a cut above the rest!

Towncenter is one of the best veterinarian centers in Las Vegas. They were professional, informative and very kind. Dr. Callahan & Dr. Pepper advocated for my late kitty named Yuki as if he was their own family member. They did everything they could to help us get answers and I really, really appreciated them during what I consider one of the darkest times of my life. I cannot emphasize how much Towncenter deserves praise. When Yuki passed, the staff cried with us and expressed their condolences. If you have a sick pet, please go to them. Your pet is their priority. Thank you for loving Yuki as much as I did. R.I.P. my oldie boy Yuki 2009-2024

Evie and Dr Pepper were wonderful. Unfortunately, we could not save my Fancy Cat. He had a kidney disease that Persians often get please if you have a younger persian take your kitty to Dr. Pepper, so you can start doing the right things to protect them. Fancy was nine but if I would've known about it a long time ago, perhaps he would've lived a lot longer RIP FANCY CAT 🐈 I miss you so much❤️

A friend suggested this Veterinarian to bring my recently adopted Chihuahua for a checkup. I recommend this Vet for your fur babies. Access to the facility was easy and parking was adequate. The facility looked and smelled clean and I was greeted by friendly staff. The Veterinary experience was positive in that Dr. Pepper allowed ample time to discuss check up results and to ask additional questions.
