Total Veterinary Care - Kennesaw

The staff is always super friendly, even late at night. I feel comfortable calling them for both ‘minor’ and bigger issues involving my pet, and they’re happy to help every time. The service is fast and they are transparent about service pricing and will break it down for you. The facility is comfortable and clean. A big negative is they charge much more during urgent care hours, but they don’t tell you. I could’ve saved at least $100 if I knew this. This should be listed on the website or mentioned on the phone while making appointments. As mentioned before, they’re good with explaining prices, just not the actual visit cost. Also, making appointments on the website doesn’t work for me. This is a great feature that would be very helpful for pet owners, so getting this fixed would be nice. Aside from the ‘cons’, Total Veterinary Care is wonderful and I will never send my pet anywhere else as long as this place open! I’ve recommended them to many people and I will continue to do so.

This is the WORST VET EVER! They gave my kitten two sets of shots extra that were not needed for her because she already received them. PLEASE be careful with them. STAY AWAY. When we Went back for another dose of a shot. Was charged more then i was told the first appointment. They charged me an additional $9 to “dispose” of the hazardous waste. lol avoid coming to this ran down Vet!!!!

I'm very happy with the services my cat has received here. Making an appointment over the phone has always been easy, even if I'm looking for something last minute. The doctors and staff are super friendly and explain everything very well. I went into the office very worried about my cat's seizures and received a very detailed, informative, and kind description of solutions. So happy with the whole experience that I'm going to bring my other cat to them as well in the future for regular appointments.

they were so personable. And took the time to really listen. The vet spent time with us in the room answering questions and going over medications. She did not make us feel rushed. She even gave us her email to message her if we needed her. They called a couple days after my appointment to check on my dog. Everyone was great from the second my phone call was answered to when we walked out of the building. Thank you team and Belle for making a difference.

My wife and I brought our dog in to be seen after he was not acting himself. We didn't have an appointment. (Appointment is recommended) They went ahead and seen us. Unfortunately he had to be put down. The doctor and the staff there are amazing. They were very understanding and showed compassion during a very sad time. They also sent us and card in the mail signed by all the staff. We feel very comfortable with them with bringing our other dog there. Thank you all for your support.
