I brought my cat, Mufasa to Tomball Animal Hospital a couple of weeks ago, and I can honestly say they saved his life. They took him in immediately for surgery, and thanks to their quick action and care, he’s now on the road to recovery. Dr. Murray was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us—from the procedure itself to the aftercare. Most of all, the entire staff was so friendly, compassionate, and helpful throughout the whole experience. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough to express my gratitude. Highly recommend this amazing team!

I love this place. Down to earth real folks who treat you right rather than treating you as a number. Dr. Murray and the entire staff were amazing, caring, and compassionate when our 1 yr old boxer had to have surgery a couple days ago. Dr Murray even called me to say everything went well and allowed time for any questions i had. Didnt feel rushed to get off the phone. They even stayed a bit late past closing to allow me to pick him up. Can't say enough great things about this place. This is our vet from now on. Highly recommend. Andrea, Gloria, vet tech and Dr Murray are all wonderful.

The staff and Dr. Murray were great! We had an emergency surgery stitch repair and Dr.Murray stepped in a took care of our dog, Taylor. Dr.Murray helped with a quickness and did a great job repairing her stitches! We felt very welcomed, even though our dog would not stop barking, they were still very kind. Mrs. Stephanie helped assist us with Taylor, even as much as walking us from the car to the office and back! We had to go back to get a check up and Dr. Murray fit us in the same day and got us taken care of right away! This was our first time going to this clinic and I think this will be the only place we take Taylor. Overall, we're very satisfied with our visits and feel safe to bring our dog here! We definitely recommend stopping in if your looking for a great Dr., Dr. Murry is fantastic! Thank you to all the other staff, I didn't quite get your names, you all were a great help!

This is the best place in the world to take your precious pets for excellent care, especially if they need surgery. Dr. Murray is highly skilled and very personable, and I would trust her with the life of any pet that I have. We are eternally grateful for her fixing our cat by surgically removing a long thread our cat had swallowed. I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

First, be aware that you will need to add a good 10-15 minutes onto your appointment time because the receptionist is extremely slow and easily distracted. No exaggeration, the check-in and check-out processes can take longer than your actual appointment. Just know that going in and plan for it, and it will save you some frustration. One thing I'm unhappy about is that when we brought our dog in for a combination follow-up/grooming appointment, we arrived to learn that not only had the receptionist not called our previous vet to get vaccine records, but they required a non-core vaccine to be given that was going to cost us another $48 plus a second visit for a booster shot. Just to be groomed. They had not mentioned that when we made the appointment. It was new news when we arrived. No thank you. We cancelled that appointment and left. The main reason for my 2-star rating is that my dog was misdiagnosed. She had a foreign body obstruction and was diagnosed as having a problem with her liver. The day after our appointment, she was in the ER having emergency surgery, and then spent the next 3 days in the hospital. If TAH had simply referred us out, we could have gone to the ER 24 hours earlier and her surgery might not have been as extensive. I don't fault them for not seeing the obstruction on their limited x-rays, but given her symptoms and test results, I do fault them for the incorrect diagnosis and selling me over $200 worth of medications and Rx food that she did not need. I'm sorry to say that this practice has lost my trust and we will not be back.
