Apr 03, 2025 · Sarah MagdenI was looking for a new vet and I’m so glad I chose Timber Ridge! The veterinarians are so knowledgeable and supportive, and the staff are always so friendly to my pets. Mar 09, 2025 · Mookie FouchI had the privilege of getting to go to their new space today behind Lowes and it is a BEAUTIFUL new building! Immaculately clean, nice and open spaces, great parking lot situation now. With the new building, I was able to go into an exam room with my puppy, which was lovely to stay with her and talk face-to-face with staff as I dropped her off. Even before the new building, all of the staff have always been so sweet and patient with me, really willing to accommodate and try to sneak us in for a quick check-in when something weird was going on, even when they have been busy. They are always really transparent with me about when they are busy or there is some medical emergency for another dog that will slow down the timeline for my appointment. They talk over prices each time to make sure I am okay with the estimate before continuing, and they patiently explain and answer my questions about what's going on or what the plan of action is. We bring both of our dogs there, and several of the staff members remember our dogs each time, everyone is super sweet and says hi to the dogs (which means my dogs LOVE the vet because they get pets and attention and treats!), and they are so all kind and friendly. All in all, fantastic staff, great new facility, compassionate and flexible care. Thank you to the whole team for treating our furry family members like one of your own!
Sep 26, 2023 · Linden HaleRidiculously expensive and very judgmental if they disagree with a procedure. I got a puppy who, when talking to other owners of the same breed, complained about ear problems in adult dogs and recommended cropping the ears to prevent those problems. I came in to get a vets perspective and as soon as they realized I was even of thinking of possibly cropping the ears, they treated me like I should burn in hell. This made me seek advice from other vets and I realized this was by far the most expensive vet I have come across
