We love Dr. Jill and staff at Tillie Lake. As owners of multiple Newfoundlands over the years - always caring, compassionate, reasonable options discussed when needed, follow up timely with results, accommodating when questions/issues arise that need to be seen. Highly recommend and can't wait for your move to the new location!

The vets and staff at Tillie Lake Clinic are generally very attentive, caring, and thorough and have provided excellent care to our dog in the short time that we've been taking her there. My only hesitation is that they tend to be very "by the book", usually erring on the side of caution (and thus sometimes greater expense), but for some that might well be seen as a plus. All in all, we're pleased and will keep taking little Abby there for the foreseeable future.

Amazing as always! The entire staff are just amazing humans. So kind, gentle and great!! My lil Lillybean isn't scared when she has to go there and that makes me happy 😌 Thank you Tillie Lake staff 🤍

I took my cat in for a check up January 27th, the next time I took him in was on February 17th to put him down. It is almost 9 weeks since that day and still can’t get over the lack of communication from Tillie Lake. I felt like I was in a sinking ship with no help. I had to instigate the phone calls and constantly follow up on numerous things about medication and food, in addition to the results of tests. On my initial visit, the Vet didn’t even introduce herself, I had to ask who she was. Sure, the place is clean and fancy, but that doesn’t mean anything if you can’t get the care you need for your pet. My compliments to Kayla, the vet tech, who provided more information and compassion and made the whole experience bearable.

Well this is was my first time. They are close to my home so convenient. Took my oldest dog in for check up and shot. He has a reaction and one of his back leg swelled up. Called to asked where they gave him the shot. Well it was given in the back area which all other vets I have gone to never gave shots there they were given in the scruff if the neck which I realize there can be a reaction thay way also. When called felt like I was brushed off as my original appt was canceled due to the vet was sick. Have gotten no call checking on him and was not offered anything to do or get to take swelling down. He was a little better when got home from. My other vet a Dr would have called back. I haven't completely dropped them yet. My younger dog has an appointment and I am a little worried
