Go to this place, they will help your pets and they all were so nice to me and my baby Coco. All three ladies I saw today were some of the best staff I’ve seen to treat people like me who are stressed with respect and kindness. I left today knowing that my pet will be ok and he was in good hands with all three ladies. Thank you everyone and thank you Dr. Brooklyn Flaherty!!!

I absolutely LOVE this pet healthcare clinic. Every one in the office from the receptionist all the way to the doctors. Everyone is so friendly & kind. I always feel that my pet is well looked after & treated with care. Their pricing is very reasonable & they also offer an affordable membership that includes lots of pet healthcare perks. It’s the best of both worlds! I always have peace of mind bringing my pet here & you would too. xx

Thrive midtown has the best customer service! I look forward to seeing the staff, especially Lola! She’s always pleasant and will greet you with a smile. Not only is she’s professional and friendly but she remembers my name as well as both of my pets name. This is one of the reason I always make my appointments with this is because the the personable experience I receive from Lola! Thanks for all you do, Lola and staff!!

I called and spoke with Lola yesterday about my dog and she informed me about the process of my appointment and was very professional and kind. She has a very welcoming demeanor and gave me a lot of helping information regarding my dog! Today, when I had my appointment I was greeted by the lovely receptionist and Zariah helped assist us as well. Her demeanor was very warm and she answered all my questions I had. I loved how inviting this office was and the moment I stepped in, I knew it would be a great visit. The doctor had great bedside manner and not one time during my visit did I feel defeated or overwhelmed. He reassured me of the love and care they would take to help Jake and also gave me great advice on healthier food options for him. The staff here went above and beyond in helping both me and my fur baby and treated him with very special care!

Buyer beware! I’ve asked for an Area manager to call me. I don’t need apologies of how you’ll address the situation as a response. Your offices are busy, hiring more staff to give a personal touch to the communication or provide timely communication would help. I needed my dog to be a priority, a simple email response and record release and you would have a happy customer. You can find my name in you Atlanta Midtown database. Some care, the business operations needs work. To get a call back you must beg and go through a call center to send a message. It’s annoying playing phone tag and no one can answer an email either. My dog has had a hurt paw for a week and I was told they could give him a steroid this week if the pain meds didn’t work. They didn’t and I can’t get a response. I can’t get my X-rays or blood work. The vets care but they are so limited by the restraints. My poor baby could be better, but I can get an email response or a timely return call. I’m not asking a lot.
