My baby girl Feyre loves the people here even though they have to poke and prod her sometimes. I love how friendly the staff is. Very warm and welcoming!

I so wanted Thrive to be our new vet care facility. I found them when my sweet cat got sick. After spending well over $1,000 in about a 4 month span, it was time to let him go rest peacefully. I was torn on what to do since Kit was my first fur baby I would ever have to put to sleep. I purchased a casket with the idea of burying him under a tree in the backyard. After calling and making the appointment, I was given 3 options and prices. The lady I spoke with informed me that even if I did a communal cremation that I would receive ashes with a small clay urn. She explained that it would not be all Kit but I would have something to spread in his memory. I was quoted $121.75 for home burial, $214.55 for group cremation and $464.84 for single cremation. I opted for the group since I was told they both come with ashes. Well I waited almost a month and never heard from Thrive. I called today to find out that the person I spoke with lied and I would not be receiving ashes after all. Do you think Thrive tried in any attempt to make this right, no. I was given their Alpharetta number to call since the person logged on Kit's final account was at that location and to speak with her. This has been an absolute nightmare. My sweet boy is gone and Thrive ruined any memorial I had planned. I wish I had never heard of them. Not once did anyone offer or attempt to try to make any tip or restitution for an error on their part. My heart hurts and I can't stop crying. Thank you Thrive for making my heart ache worse.

I have searched a long time for the kind of care that my Penny Lane received at Thrive-Buford! She is usually so nervous, but they eased her anxiety with LOVE and ATTENTION! I felt thorough explanations were given for all diagnostics recommended and we were given reasonable options that worked best for my ol' girl. My business will go nowhere else for ALL of my animals' care.

I couldnt recommend a place less. Brought my dog and cat here for wellness exams + nail trims. As you can see, 2 of my dogs nails were trimmed INCREDIBLY SHORT. The other paw was barely trimmed. The two short nails bled and bled for about 2 hours, and my dog limped for the entire day. I spoke with the manager here, didnt catch her name, and was informed that there was nothing that could be done as she couldnt "be sure" that the injury was caused by the nail trim, yet i called them as soon as i arrived home so i dont see how she could have possibly injured it from the walk out of the vet 10 feet to the car. She was incredibly snarky and spoke to me as if I was only trying to get money from them!! I just wanted a refund on the $20 nail trim! I spent $500 on wellness exams it is the least they could do to keep a client! If im taking my dog to a VET, im expecting them to help my dog feel better, not leave her with a sore and bloody paw and nothing more than a "sorry". Oh, they did offer to have us come in and "examine it and stop the bleeding", like thats any better! My dog shouldnt be bleeding in the first place! Horrible place. Horrible experience. Do not go here.

Brought my 2 year old baby boy Roscoe in for a blockage. The issue was more advanced than I realized and so a wonderful lady named Alisha at Thrive in Buford took the time to research a proper vet that would be able to take care of him 100% and one that was affordable. Unfortunately, I was too late in getting him there and he passed from renal failure. I received a sympathy email from them this morning and it truly touched my heart. Thank you for your kindness. If I could give you 10 stars, I would! RIP Roscoe Purr Coltrane!
