Our primary vet recommended 3 Creeks when we couldn’t get squeezed in for a same appointment due to an injury. The 3 Creek Urgent Care team was sensitive and caring with my little pup. A bit understaffed when we visited so the wait times were a bit longer. Of course, as an urgent care, prices were a bit higher than going to our regular vet. Be sure to call ahead if you are planning a ‘walk-in’ visit. If they are booked with appointments, they do not take walk-ins.

I highly recommend Three Creeks. They are fast, helpful and professional. My pet cat Bruce was able to quickly get X-rays that helped him get into emergency care faster. They didn’t overcharge - they actually took an unnecessary charge off lowering the price by $300 and helped refer me to an emergency vet for surgery. I’m very glad I went to them because the emergency center they referred me to was also wonderful and the images got me back immediately to get him the surgery he needed. This probably saved his life! The surgeon after even told me that the timing was perfect to prevent any serious damage.

My first visit was Monday 2/4/25. I was very pleased. They were so kind and took care of me right away. I thought they were knowledgeable, took the appropriate steps and charged a fair price. I was very happy I could get my cat in quickly before his condition escalated. I now know whereto go and will return if I need to. Thank-you so much

LOVE THIS PLACE! I was stressed on where to take my dog for urgent care, and was referred to Three Creeks. I called and was given a quick appointment! We showed up and our dog was taken care of right away! Quickly and efficiently. They were kind and calm, and sent us home with medication. I highly recommend Three Creeks. We came home relieved for our poor dog, with clear instructions on how to properly care for him, with his current situation. Life happens, and we're grateful to know where to go, when it does. Thank you.

I had to put one of my cats down the day prior and for as miserable as I was, this place was so great to me and my other kitty who I was worried sick for. The doctor was thorough and understanding. She gave me such genuine recommendations and really cared about my family. My other cat is now on medication she recommended and is doing great. Such friendly people in such a dark time for me. Thank you, me and Jax appreciate y'all very much.

They are very kind and helpful here. I called and got a same day appointment and then I got another call because they had someone cancel so I was able to come in earlier. They demonstrated the easiest way to give my cat medicine which was super helpful. Definitely recommend!! P.S. I was reading other reviews talking about how expensive this place is, and I would have to disagree. First of all, it is URGENT care, meaning they are giving your pet immediate care, more than likely when your regular vet can't fit you in. Secondly, I found them to be quite cost conscience telling me I could get my cat's prescription at Chewy for less. For anyone calling out the price is too high, you really do get what you pay for. Good service and excellent care have value.

I can’t decide how to write a review, but honestly I am not impressed. I took my dog in today because he has been throwing up, lack of appetite, and fatigue. I was given a quote that was astrometric. Sitting listening to the vet talk to the room next to us the speech was verbatim the same conversation he had with us. Yes it’s not our normal vet but there should be some personal conversation. At the end we left with no answers minus it wasn’t an obstruction but no reason for what was happening unless I had another $500 to spend on lab work. The other thing is they take the animal out of the room for medication administration which does not give the confidence the medication was actually given. I paid for 2 injections and when the tech came back into the room she said a name for an injection (zofran) that was the pills we were taking home and not the injection (Buprenorphine) the dog was to receive. Those medications are very different in price but no guarantee we got the correct shot or confidence after it was said wrong. You also do not see the x-rays. My dog is in no better condition than when we went in honestly I feel like he has gotten worse. The bill was over $1000 for what we had done and if I added the lab work it would have been $1700.
