I have a 10-month old Belgian Malinois, Diesel, who broke his leg many months ago back in Ohio. He received surgery from a Veterinary Hospital there, but his issues only got worse. I repeatedly voiced my concerns to them in Ohio that I was seriously concerned with his progression, and felt there was still something wrong. After two follow up visits there, and over $1,000 later, I decided to cut ties with them. While here in NY for school, I knew I needed to seek a different Doctor, and was referred to Dr. Dan Hoffman. Not only did Dr. Hoffman get Diesel seen in a timely manner, he also ACTUALLY LISTENED TO ME AND MY CONCERNS. Within just a few days, Diesel underwent another surgery on his leg, and let’s just say the way his surgery site was left by the previous Surgery Team was a mess and a true disappointment. Dr. Hoffman completed the surgery on Diesel, and we waited. Within just day, Diesel was already starting to use that leg, far better than he ever did prior to this second surgery. Long story short, thanks to the sincere kindness and diligent care of this Veterinary Hospital, especially that of Dr. Dan Hoffman, Diesel (months later now) is virtually fully back to normal, working order. I’ve learned the hard way that it can be difficult to find a Vet that actually listens to your concerns; I can assure any of you on the fence that the care here is truly remarkable. Attached is a photo of Diesel from just a couple days ago. God Bless. :)

Jan 28, 2025 · Mitchell LamosekI don't really review places much anymore, but I did want to leave a rating bc this place always exceeds expectations. I have two dogs who go here, and at this point, we've seen every doctor. They have all been incredibly kind to us, and it is really obvious they all really care about the animals they treat. We called on a Saturday at 8 bc our dogs ear was bothering him and they were seeing him at 9:15. I couldn't ask for anything more. It's clean, it's pretty inside, the prices seem good (to my family at least). I'll bring all my animals here forever.
