The Village Vet

Couldn't be happier, Village Vet is the best. My 9-year-old dog needed two small masses removed and a dental cleaning. Our prior vet moved away, and we saw Dr. McIntyre on a recommendation from a friend. Every part of the process went smoothly, office staff is friendly and communicative, prices were more than fair, and my brave boy is fully recovered and doing great! This could have easily been a very stressful experience and it really wasn't at all. Thanks Village Vet team!

The 5-stars go directly to Dr. McIntyre. It's unsurprising to find the first 6 reviews (and there are even more as you scroll) are singing her praises. She exemplifies the level of expertise and passion for animals that you should expect when searching for a provider for your family pet, even if said pet has been viewed as less than the model patient by other professionals with the same credentials. I may not be able to read minds but I’d bet her smile and joy have been stored as core memories for our dog which is why he does so well with her. She has loved on our boy since the second day he joined our family. We followed Dr. McIntyre from another practice (as other reviewers have done, too). That's how one of a kind she is. My family appreciates the work she does for this community!

Just had the best vet visit ever. Our fur baby got sudden terrible breath and it turns out he had a stick lodged in the roof of his mouth. Dr. McIntyre was awesome!!! With amazing good humor she got it out in minutes. Highly recommend!

Doctor McIntyre is amazing! We have been trusting her with the care and treatment of all three of our Boxers for years; longer in fact than she has been practicing at The Village Vet. We left the previous animal hospital she practiced at and started bringing our babies to The Village Vet when she began practicing for them. We would travel just about anywhere to have her take care of our babies.

I have been going to the village vet for 12 years... by far I love Dr. McIntyre and also the practice manager Kendall. I use to live in the city and moved to the county... so driving back is not convenient... I do it because of my trust in Kendall and Dr.McIntyre... they so so professional and have helped me take care of my 3 pups and now two. Im grateful to have them!
