Outstanding Customer Service. Being new to the area, my wife and I had to find a new Veterinarian Clinic. My Toy Fox Terrier, Scout had to be neutered, as he is a puppy. We were so impressed with the friendly staff, we decided to get an initial appointment for Scout. The Staff and Doctor were so kind and caring to my little boy on his checkup, we decided to pursue with Pony Express to perform his surgery. He is recovering well. The follow-up care information was very detailed and helpful. We will be taking Scout's big sister (Brooklyn) for her next visit. The prices are very fair and reasonable. Thank you Staff and Doctors at Pony Express for taking great care and giving my little boy love.

They provided great care for our small dog. Our toy poodle needed routine teeth cleaning. I called the office, and they scheduled an appointment to assess her teeth. After the initial appointment, we scheduled a time for the teeth cleaning. The day of the procedure, they walked me through the entire process, and everything was made clear up front, including the costs of the cleaning. The staff took excellent care of her, were polite, kind, and willing to answer any questions. Also, the costs of the procedure were very reasonable...part of the reason we got her teeth cleaned here rather than her regular vet she attends for routine exams. After the cleaning, her teeth looked much better, and the pickup process was seamless. I would highly recommend this facility for your pets needs. Tgis playe is very good place and reasonably priced.they spayed my dog karma and did a great job.it has been a month now and you cant even tell where the stitches were they did a wonderful job

i have a german shepherd that has a LOT of anxiety so going to the vet can be really hard for him. i took him here about 3 months ago to be neutered and they let me stay with him until his medicine kicked in to help keep him calm. they were extremely understanding of his anxiety and did their best to make him comfortable. trust me, i know my dog is a pain, and he’s probably every vets worst nightmare, but it was nice to see anyone else be so patient with him! later i found a stray cat who was beaten up pretty bad & covered in cuts. i had to take him to a different vet (i don’t remember why) but after that visit my cat would not stop scratching a cut on the back of his neck. i wasn’t sure what to do so i started calling different vets to get him in, unfortunately none of them could fit him in. when i called here they asked me to send a picture of his cut and told me all i had to do was cover it up. very simple & obvious solution i know but they saved me at least $60 on a vet visit. the staff is very kind & they obviously care about all of the animals that come here. they’re also the most affordable vet i’ve ever taken my animals to.

Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable in even just every day life ways of being a pooch parent! Experienced with high energy/ rambunctious furry kids like our ding dong of a Sheppard lol 🥰 Can't recommend their services enough, but will say be sure to sufficiently plan ahead for visits when possible as their quality care and facilities typically means their book is booked!
