This office is everything you could hope for from a vet and more! They are so helpful and easy to work with over the phone from scheduling appointments to answering questions or concerns you may have (I’ve spoken to Eric at the desk several times and he is so kind and knowledgeable!). At each visit, the techs, students and supervising vets work well in tandem and cover all their bases in caring for your pet. They’re friendly, easy to talk to, and of course great with the animals. Our puppy loves coming to the vet! They send an itemized bill and visit summary after each visit which is helpful if I ever need to refer back. Thank you everyone for caring for our pup!

Staff are great here...they are friendly, welcoming and care for your pet like family. I had several questions about medication and procedures and staff were happy to explain everything in detail. Facilities are clean and modern. This will be my new go to vet.

Our adopted pup was found on the street and then went through two shelters. When we got him, he was frightened in the second shelter, where he tried to chew his way out of his room and refused treats - not because of the shelter itself, but likely because of his anxiety from a bunch of factors. Our pup also had a bad scar on his head when we got him. It is safe to say, he probably had some rough beginnings. As a result, he had high anxiety and reactivity. My husband and I were the only folks my pup trusted for a long time and for whom he had no fear. OSU Frank Stanton Vet Clinic has gone above and beyond for our dog and for us. From the start, they were both sensitive and understanding of our dog's behavioral needs and our own needs as pet owners as we negotiate(d) through the process of caring for a dog with behavioral challenges. Dr. Edge is amazing. She is informative, patient, calm, and knowledgeable. She takes her time to answer our questions and provide very helpful information. She also honors our understanding of our dog as pet owners and always takes it into consideration. The vet techs work with our dog wonderfully and are also very understanding of animal behavior. Moreover, the front desk customer service rep, Julie, is amazing. She talks with us about things like pet insurance, etc., makes checking in/out seemless, and helps us feel so welcome in the clinic. Though this is not related to the clinic itself, we actually ended up having Julie pet sit our dog on a regular basis. Our dog loves her. Though our pup is fearful in vet clinics and with certain people, he loves everyone there; this is a clear indication of their knowledge and ability to work with a fearful dog. Fynn is thriving because of all of them! Lastly, I always know what to expect with payments and the receipts and follow-up notes are great. We are so grateful to this clinic. - Catherine White

Be careful. The 1st visit was great. We thought how lucky we were to find this place. But when we brought our dog back for the procedures, we were told our dog could be in a kennel all day until early evening. We also found out the notes said grade 3 dental but they took a deposit for grade 4. When asked why, 1 vet said they do that as a buffer. A financial buffer?? Another vet said they charge the higher to ensure another won't be booked in our spot. What spot? According to them, all the pets come in from 730a - 800a, then they are put in kennels and worked based on the vet --so no assigned appointment. I was very upset. Then one vet reprimanded me like a child for interrupting her, AS SHE PROCEEDED TO INTERRUPT ME!! When the supervisor and the vet tech left the room, I could her them talking about me. Spoiler Alert the room in NOT soundproof. I was not going to leave my dog with them, when i was leaving the vet was smiling weird and it creeped me out I actually asked her do you think this is funny? Why are you smiling like that? The manager called me and as I was telling her everything she said she'd been on the phone 15 mins, clearly like other reviews she didn't feel hearing about issues was worthwhile. So I called the Dean's office. Only reason they got 2-stars not 1-star was because the Dean's rep seemed to genuinely care about what happened. So instead of getting $1600+ (for the first of 4 pets) they got $0. And we won't bring any of our 4 pets there.
