My dog Angel has a severe eye infection. I had taken her to an another Vet , where they misdiagnosed her! The Falls Clinic took her right away! The doctor is so caring & nice and they are the best priced Vet in town! Don't hesitate to take your animals here...they genuinely care and the prices are incredible !! 5 stars all the way !

I run an Animal rescue - A Tail to Remember Animal Sanctuary - and I have dealt with variety of vets & vet staff. I work on a VERY tight budget but I still want get the best possible care for the cats & dogs we deal with. The staff here is absolutely wonderful. The prices are amazing....very budget friendly. But at the same time great care. Our first visit was with a 14 oz kitten that needed its eye removed. Another vet turned us away saying we would have to go to a specialist ...that it was too dangerous to do surgery on such a small kitten Dr Baquero had no reservations in doing it. The surgery was quick, kitten was up running around immediately. She sent him home with pain meds (other vets we have dealt with do not). The cost was 1/4 of what we expected. (Eye removal $250. Neuters are $190-250. Special on dental is $220 including bloodwork!!). I really appreciated her hands on approach. You can tell she truly feels for the animal.

After my first visit to the clinic with my pet Mia I was blown away by the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. Dr Baquero did not shy away from answering any questions I had about Mia’s health. She walked me through her medical plan step by step explaining the importance for each procedure and why they were needed to better my dogs health. Overall the perfect place to take your pet for not only the care and attention of the doctor but also a well rounded staff that take every precaution in assuring your pet is in safe hands.

My husband and I first took our cats to be spayed and neutered at the Falls Animal Clinic and we then started taking our American bulldog, Brady there. Dr. Baquero and her team are very pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. They made us feel very welcomed. Definitely feel comfortable in having all of our babies seen with Dr. Baquero. Definitely recommended!!!

I was shamed and given attitude by staff for not spaying my cat sooner. My cat gave birth to one kitten and I was worried there was more and in my time of extreme stress they were acting angry and shaming me despite me already going through it. They don’t know anything personal about my situation… and what if I wanted to her to have kittens? They were extremely rude and I don’t want to work with these people anymore. Do your job and don’t give your customers attitude for circumstances you don’t understand on a deeper level. I was worried to stick up for myself or else they wouldn’t give me a discount or they wouldn’t help me or something. I don’t know how they can ever treat a customer that way who’s paying them. This was over a year ago at this point but never forgot.
