I would have rated this clinic 10/10 stars if there were that many. We drove about an hour away from our town to be seen and we would gladly do it again just for our pup to be under the care of this team. The clinic is not only modernly aesthetic, but it is clean, welcoming, and just an overall outstanding experience. From the receptionist, assistant, and doctor, we couldn’t have asked for better people to care for our sweet girl. Thank you all again for giving Ginger a pleasant and caring experience!

Apr 02, 2025 · Tristen BergDr. Waler and everyone else was amazing! Our dog lost his vision in one eye and removing his eye was the going to be the best choice for him, but a tough one for us. Dr. Waler kindly walked us through the choices and we can’t be happier. Our Rusty is back to his old self and I didn’t realize until after the surgery how much pain he had been in. We had no complications and we were checked in on regularly. Aside from the care we received, the office is gorgeous, the space has easy parking, and they have a treat bar for both the pups and the peeps. My only wish is that they were on the East side of town :)
Mar 28, 2025 · Lauren CromerThe Eye Vets is wonderful. My puppy woke up with some issues that I thought could be pink eye, but wasn’t sure. Our primary vet highly recommended checking out The Eye Vets in case things were getting worse. They happened to be able to fit us in in the same afternoon, and when we arrived were greeted with warmth & kindness at the front desk. The kindness and enthusiasm to be thorough with intake and understanding did not stop at the front desk; our vet tech Hannah was these things and more. I was nervous that something serious might be going on with my puppy, and I instantly felt at ease there. Hannah was very explanatory of what would be happening as far as the eye exam and what tests they would run to ensure my dog was getting the care she needed. I didn’t have concerns that they would be missing anything, because she was thorough in explaining their process. She also was so sweet to my dog, which should be a given anyway, but is always heartwarming :) We saw Dr. Minaldi, and he was down to earth, knowledgeable, gentle with my dog, and helpful in explaining what was going on with her. He went the extra mile by doing one extra test (mentioned it to me prior to doing so) in case there was something else going on he may have suspected, and I’m glad he did because that was the case. They educated me on the best environment for my dog to be in while she’s healing, taught me about the medications she would be administered by me at home, and let me know they would call me on a certain day to check in on her progress. I am really glad I brought my dog here, and should she have any future eye concerns there will be no second guessing on if I’ll come back here, I will! Thanks Dr. Minaldi and the team for your care!! Poppy the pug loves y’all :) It’s also an aesthetically beautiful and calming space! Lovely to walk into!!
Jan 16, 2025 · Lindsey WhatleyI had a FIVE STAR experience! After my primary vet said that my dog had glaucoma, we wanted a second opinion, and went to see The Eye Vets, in Nashville. The clinic was very nice and clean. Nicer than most human hospitals. They also have a smorgasbord treat buffet in the lobby for your pet. The staff was also wonderful. extremely nice, and understanding. Probably even better than the staff at chic-Fil-a if that means anything to you. We saw Dr. Bergstrom, who was amazing. Not only did he determine that our dog didn't have glaucoma, but also didn't try to sell us any kind of expensive procedure to proceed with. He also just overall made us feel at ease and showed great bedside manners after our primary vet had talked about removing the eyes if the condition exacerbated. We will definitely be back with any eye issues!
Sep 12, 2024 · BrockEveryone at The Eye Vets is incredible! My sweet little baby Piper has been having some eye/vision problems as she has gotten older. Ben has helped us navigate old age and eye problems flawlessly! The staff is always so welcoming and loving to help make my little old lady feel comfortable :) It's just icing on the cake that they have such a beautiful, well thought out, and comfortable new facility!
