The Complete Pet Animal Hospital

I have been bringing my dogs here since they went under new management. Everything from the way, the front desk staff greeted me when I made the appointment until discharge was unbelievable service. You can tell that Dr. Cruz and her staff truly care about each and every animal that comes into their clinic. My babies were there for shots and an annual exam. They usually have anxiety going to the vet, but from the moment we walked in they were super happy from all the welcoming pats. I cannot recommend this Clinic enough! They truly care and it makes me happy that my fur babies are being taken care of the way they should be.

I truly cannot express my gratitude for this vet. Quite literally saved my baby’s life. Not only did they save her, but did so with compassion- not only thinking of a paycheck. I live about an hour away and will forever take all of my pets to the Complete Pet Animal Hospital. The love they showed me and my baby will never be forgotten and I will recommend them to anyone I know. Yes, I will be the obnoxious person in the Starbucks line like “oh hey, I heard you said something about a vet… you MUST go to these guys!” I know it sounds cheesy, but I’ll be an unpaid salesmen for them forever for what they did for my Kenzi girl!

Quick to make an appointment, open on the weekends, super compassionate and passionate about our pups. Took the time to ensure we covered everything and offered their professional opinions on what is best moving forward. Grateful we found this team, having peace of mind knowing our furbabies are in good hands. They had minimal anxiety here compared to other places, which is super helpful. Pricing is reasonable as well.

I am beyond grateful to have found Complete Pet Animal Hospital. Dr. Cruz is not only an incredible doctor but also a truly lovely human being. From the moment we walked in, I felt that my baby was in the best hands possible. The entire team treated my fur baby with the same care and love that I do, which brought me so much comfort during a stressful time. My boy Bill even got a lovely pink tennis ball for being such a good patient today, which really made him happy. It feels like visiting family every time we come to this hospital, and I’m honored to have found such a compassionate and skilled clinic. I cannot recommend enough that you bring your fur babies here. Dr. Cruz and her team are simply the best!

From when I first walked into The Complete Pet Animal Hospital I was impressed with the cleanliness & professionalism of the staff. I was extremely anxious & worried for my cat, but Lacey's (technician) high level of customer service and her extraordinary compassion & patience made the visit more comfortable. The whole staff seems to really care; including even one of the owners (Aaron) coming out to check on my cat. In my opinion, the people who work there are the difference makers!!! -Ted
