We took our 10-year old kitty in because she was not feeling well and had been losing weight. Dr. Cross did some testing and found she was hyperthyroid. She went over different options with us as to the best way to care for our fur-baby. We opted for the cure - radioactive I-131 treatment. Because of Dr. Cross and her thoroughness, our baby is cured! The techs were awesome each time we came in - both with us and our kitty. The gals up front are always friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend The Cat Clinic!

Understanding the unique needs of cats, this clinic provides a calm and comfortable environment designed to minimize stress for both you and your beloved pet. While physically located in the United States, this detailed introduction aims to inform local users about the comprehensive veterinary services and care they can expect should they be seeking a specialized cat clinic, potentially through online research or recommendations.

At The Cat Clinic and Spa, the environment is carefully curated to be cat-friendly. Recognizing that cats can be particularly sensitive to unfamiliar surroundings and sounds, the clinic strives to create a serene and safe atmosphere. While specific details about the interior décor or amenities aren't provided in the given information, it's common for such specialized clinics to incorporate features like separate waiting areas for cats to avoid stress from other animals, quiet examination rooms, and comfortable bedding. The focus is likely on creating a space where cats feel secure and at ease, facilitating a more positive veterinary experience.

The services offered at The Cat Clinic and Spa are comprehensive, catering to a wide range of feline health needs. Based on the provided customer reviews, a key area of expertise is in the diagnosis and treatment of various feline illnesses. One review specifically highlights the successful diagnosis and treatment of hyperthyroidism in a 10-year-old cat. Dr. Cross, mentioned in the review, demonstrated thoroughness in testing and clearly explained the available treatment options, including the curative radioactive iodine (I-131) therapy. This suggests that The Cat Clinic and Spa is equipped to handle both common and more complex medical conditions affecting cats.

The availability of radioactive iodine (I-131) treatment is a significant feature of The Cat Clinic and Spa. This therapy is considered the gold standard for treating hyperthyroidism in cats, offering a permanent solution by targeting and destroying the overactive thyroid tissue. The positive feedback regarding the thoroughness of Dr. Cross suggests a commitment to comprehensive preventative care and early disease detection. The clinic likely emphasizes client education, ensuring that cat owners are well-informed about their pet's health and the best course of action for their care.

Another significant aspect highlighted in the reviews is the exceptional staff. Customers consistently praise the friendliness and helpfulness of the front office staff, as well as the skill and compassion of the veterinary technicians. The technicians are described as "awesome," indicating their proficiency in handling cats and assisting with treatments and procedures. The positive interactions with both the administrative and technical staff contribute significantly to a positive overall experience for pet owners.

Dr. Hart is also mentioned in a review, with a customer expressing satisfaction over two years of care. This speaks to the consistency and quality of the veterinary services provided at The Cat Clinic and Spa. The reviewer specifically appreciates the honesty regarding prognosis and treatment options, as well as the provision of all available options. This transparency builds trust between the veterinarian and the pet owner, ensuring informed decision-making regarding their cat's health.

A particularly touching aspect of the feedback is the mention of "top-notch" end-of-life care. This demonstrates a deep commitment to the well-being of cats throughout all stages of their lives, including providing compassionate and supportive care during their final moments. This level of empathy and understanding is crucial for pet owners facing difficult decisions and highlights the caring ethos of The Cat Clinic and Spa.

Affordability is another positive feature noted by a customer. They mention that the prices are reasonable and that they never feel pressured into unnecessary treatments, a common concern for many pet owners. I can never say enough good things about The Cat Clinic and Spa. I've gone to Dr. Hart for about two years now. The staff is always so amazing and kind. Prices are affordable and I never feel like I'm being sold to as I have at other vets in the past. They are always very honest with prognosis and treatment options while also giving ALL options. The end of life care they have provided my cats has been top notch. I will ALWAYS return to them if and when I get a new cat.

The team at The Cat Clinic was helpful, kind and so very compassionate when I needed to get my four legged feline in for an emergency visit. They took great care of him and handled the COVID restrictions like absolute champs. Since I was unable to be inside with my baby, the team came to my car and explained everything, make me feel very comfortable leaving him in their capable hands. They were prompt and efficient and kept me informed step by step. They had him in, treated and back to me in less than 40 minutes which also included a call from the Doc to explain in details exactly what was being done and what follow up care would be necessary. The Cat Clinic and Spa will have my business for as long as I am a pet owner. Kudos to the entire team and Thank You for all that you do.

Most of their reviews can be found under the Veterinary Wellness Center of Green, so don't shy away due to the lack of reviews. I will copy and paste this one there too. I started taking my cats here for a mouse bite, and after that I have stuck with them. I can't say much on pricing because I haven't shopped around for vets that much. They were available right away when I first needed them. I recently had both of my cats there to do tooth extractions. Let me touch on the most important things: Customer Care is Wonderful. Every time I call them somebody is there to pick up the phone (they aren't open on sundays and limited hours on saturdays) I requested to be called before any teeth were extracted so I knew what I was paying for and what they were going to do to the cats. They did exactly that, and reassured me the whole time that the process was going well. I was told to drop my cats off 8:00 am and they didn't have to wait the entire day for the procedure to start. Patient Care is also great. They took great care of my cats, and made sure to send home medication with proper instructions. Care sheets, and diagrams of what teeth were remaining with a worry free explanation that I can call back anytime if anything seems wrong. They updated their vaccines and included vaccination tags with them. Also, the icing on the cake for me: one of my cats does a poor job grooming herself, and had matted fur under her legs/tail/chest. Because It is about $60 per cat to get them groomed and a sanitary shave, I was going to wait until after the extraction (due to the cost) to have them groomed. However the vet trimmed the matted fur off of her that was just a really considerate thing to do. They sent them home with medication, treats, and a couple small mouse toys. They are just taking good care of your cats in there. They also have feliway things and calming blankets to make them much more comfortable. Everyone from the vet assistants to the doctors themselves go above their way to make the visit as smooth as possible. If your cat is a new patient they send a very sweet thank you/welcome card home with their phone number on it.

You just can’t beat the care, people or facility. From the Veterinarians and Vet Techs, to the waiting area (complete with calming towels), comfortable exam rooms and cat-only boarding and play area - each visit, the team has been caring and taken the time needed with each of my cats, explained all procedures and costs to me and handled getting prior records. They are kind, but professional - I trust them completely to care for my furry best friends.
