I am so happy and impressed with the thorough professional caring reassuring supportive service I received in the Mason office. I was so afraid and worried for my cat Chi Chi and after taking Chi Chi to multiple vets without a solution, they diagnosed the source of her problem, gave me prescriptions to treat it and Chi Chi, after feeding her by syringe for days, started eating a bit of dry food on her own yesterday. She is already getting better. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my baby!

Everyone at the Anima Eye Institute is incredibly kind and compassionate. They were able to schedule us so quickly, and were extremely thorough in evaluating my dog, Suki, to diagnose her vision problem. They were so gentle and patient with her, and very detailed and compassionate when explaining everything to me. When we left, everyone said goodbye to Suki by name. We both felt very supported and well-cared for by the entire staff, and confident in the care plan they recommended.

This team exceeded our expectations during one of the scariest times for my dog. When it was decided that enucleation was needed on both eyes, they were so compassionate and patient even though I had SO many questions! They helped relieve my anxiety by talking us through the process and being available as needed. We returned for her check up after the procedure and we were likely one of the last appointments for the day, but we were still greeted by several enthusiastic staff who expressed excitement about her progress! It was comforting knowing they remembered her and cared so much. I wish I could remember everyone’s name, but to those who supported Martini in any capacity, THANK YOU! I feel like I have my girl back thanks to you, and I will always be grateful.

I am so impressed by the services we have received! Dr. Jamie Lembo and others have truly proven to be well qualified professionals. On 11/16/2024 we noticed that my Shih Tzus eye had something wrong. On Monday 11/18 they got me in (the day I called) for help. When the business closed that day, they worked after hours to give Henry his cornea graft. From the first visit through the third, I’m so extremely satisfied and thankful!! Even the vet techs were so gentle and made me feel safe and understood. The front desk understood the stress with payments, etc. There were multiple doctors/ ‘residents’, and it was so nice because each staff who came into the room explained what was happening. My discharge paperwork was well described and the follow up was 5 *s because it was easy to read and understand. I am very very happy with this work and I hope that the staff knows how important they are to my family!!!! Much love from Henry Schlund

There’s not a better place to take your pups than the Animal Eye Institute. I’ve had several visits there and you’ll not find a more caring, professional and patient team. They provide great education, love on your fur babies and put team at ease. They provide timely follow up, great communication and I can see why our local Vets highly recommend them.
