The Animal Clinic

The animal clinic is where I took my sweet kitten when I first got him in May 2021. He had goopy eyes, and he was only about 4 weeks old (momma cat abandoned her litter, I got the runt). They were able to prescribe him a medicine and eye cream, and he was looking and feeling better within a few days. I continued taking my kitten there for regular exams and a few concerns visits. Every interaction I had with TAC was pleasant, and they were always so nice and helpful. They treated my baby with love and kindness and always gave me suggestions when I needed advice. They even applied a topical flea treatment for me and showed me how as I was terrified to do it myself (I was afraid I would do it wrong and my cat would end up sick or dead, horror stories scared me). I am forever thankful that I found TAC and am sad to have to find another vet due to moving out of state. Thank you for taking care of my sweet kitty ❤️

All three of our Garman Shepherds get great care from The Animal Clinic! Dr. Rice, Daniel and too many others to name always are caring and kind. Services are reasonably priced as well.

I cannot say enough good things about The Animal Clinic! We’ve been going there since we moved to Tennessee and everyone has been amazing. Earlier this year, my girl broke a toe in the yard late in the day and they got us in same day at 4 pm! That’s when we started seeing Dr. Gulley, who’s simply the best vet. She is kind, compassionate, patient and has the best bedside manner. She knows how much of a worried dog mom I am and she never makes me feel like it’s too much or that I’m exaggerating! She quite literally saved my dog’s life last week by assessing the situation and immediately recognizing the severity of it. She explained exactly what we needed to do and made sure to help me feel better about it too! We’re so grateful we found The Animal Clinic and we have Dr. Gulley as our vet!

We’ve been taking our dogs to TAC for 3 years, but we’ve decided to leave due to a steady decline in the quality of care. The ladies at the front desk are not friendly and the staff, in my opinion, can be rough and lack empathy. I also wish they were more transparent about their pricing. I ask for an estimate every time I make an appointment, and—without fail—my bill is always more than their estimate by $50-$100. We’re sad to go, as when we first took our dogs there they were truly wonderful! But I haven’t had a good experience with them in well over a year, so it’s time to go elsewhere.

They’ve been taking care of our dogs for just over a year… helped us say the hardest goodbye to our oldest dog and welcome our newest puppy to the family. Always so kind and gentle with our dogs; knowledgeable, straightforward and always take time to answer questions!
