The nurses and Dr. are all super nice. The Dr. is very thorough and informative. My almost 5 year old corgi suddenly lost control of his hind legs and the Dr. did a quick physical exam and then got him in to x-rays soon after. She saw the issue and made a plan for us to try and get him better. She was very upfront and honest with me on conversations we may have to have should the treatment not work. But we're hopeful. Any time there was an adjustment to the bill or if anything needed to be added, the nurse showed me the invoice and needed my verbal consent to proceed, which I thought was great. They took great care of him, and even though he was nervous, he was so happy to be surrounded by a great group of people. I look forward to bringing my pets to Tender Hearts from here on.

Don't go there if you really care about your pets. They ripped me off. Have me waiting in a room for 40 minutes no other people were there I was the only person in the place. Pretending to be busy. I come out of the room storming and complained.... all of the sudden a staff member showed up. Then the vet. That place is all about your money 💰. I just hope nothing happens to my girl otherwise they are in trouble with me. Please don't go there

I brought my dog for in his final resting with a cremation and the entire interaction felt cold and like a transaction. When I wanted asked questions about services offered it was met with irritation from the staff, and them pushing me to sign documents for invoices. I ended up leaving the building turned off to the idea of resting my buddy with robotic personnel. Don’t come here I wouldn’t recommend it!
