I brought my 8 year old dog in for the first time for a suspected UTI. She has temperament sensitivities to strangers, but the staff was so good with respecting her boundaries. They were thorough with their exams and testing ,and I was surprised by the price including the exams, ultrasound, and medication. Dr. Everett was great, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I expected to be dropping several hundreds of dollars at an urgent care, but it was around $150 for my situation. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the waiting area. The really cool fish tanks were a bonus! I will be recommending this urgent care to my fellow pet owners and coming back if the need ever arises.

We had our first puppy wellness visit this past week with Dr. Sarah Abruzzini. She was phenomenal! Our daughter just got placed with a service pup in training for a diabetic alert dog program and we were feeling a little overwhelmed and unsure about how to make sure we care best for little Flynn. Dr. Abruzzini took time to answer all of our questions and helped us to feel confident in the care choices we needed to make for our little guy! Thanks Dr. Sarah and Tender Care Vet Clinic! We look forward to you helping us keep Flynn healthy for the long haul!

Amazing Vet Pro care for our beloved “Buddy” as full member of family! Straight to chase, other Vet option close by, milked us with wrong options over and over and never gave a direct solution. .Tender care stepped in right away, ordered the right tests , found a solution right away, and would’ve /should’ve saved a year our more our believed “ Mr Buddy” he suffered for, and not to mentioned we paid for. Highly recommended!

We moved to the area this Summer. Our pup developed some lumps and we wanted to wait until we moved to address them. We found Tender care and they immediately diagnosed and scheduled our pup for surgery. 8 months later, more lumps arrived and again the staff moved quickly and tenderly took care of our boy. We are always impressed with the level of care we receive from this facility and our beautiful boy is doing great!!

5 star performance for the tech working the front desk!👏👏👏👏 Who's management was gullible enough to believe my 70 year old mother, who was carrying her 14yo Rat Terrier to the car, and also has a debilitating hip injury, was trying to leave without paying. I'm almost always on the side of the vet techs, as my daughter worked as a vet tech prior to going Active Duty Army. Realizing how little Vet Techs get paid for the work the veterinarian actually puts on them, that was a hard reality for my daughter. This front desk tech though, chasing down a crippled 70yo lady with her half-blind, toothless Rat Terrier in tow, then saying my Mother threw a slew of curse words at you? They must be paying you real good, girl! Such dedication!!!👏👏👏
