I absolutely love this place, Dr. Han is super gentle and sweet with my pups!! She shows so much love and the staff, are great! Very well trained and professional! I definitely recommend taking your furry ones here for sure ! 💙

My experience with my 2 year old puppy was smooth and such a good experience from typical veterinary. The staff was so welcoming and made us and our puppy comfortable throughout what would otherwise be a stressful environment. Highly recommended!

Dr. Han is kind, professional, and warm. She always takes great care of our dog, Baloo, and we are consistently satisfied with our visits. Additionally, the staff and receptions were friendly and attentive, which adds to our positive experience. We highly recommend this place!

I absolutely cannot rave enough about Dr. Han at the Tenafly vet clinic! She is a true lifesaver and treats my boy Tofu like he’s her own child. Tofu is 10 years old and has struggled with liver issues, but ever since we started seeing Dr. Han, he’s never looked healthier or happier. Every visit, she explains everything in such clear, reassuring detail that it instantly puts my panicked heart at ease—even during her vacation, she called to check on Tofu because she genuinely cares! Dr. Han and her incredibly kind staff turn what could be the most stressful moments into completely comforting experiences. In contrast to any other clinic, her compassion and attention to detail are off the charts. If you really love your pet and want the absolute best care, go see Dr. Han. I’m so grateful for her expertise and heart, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to everyone I know!

The Dr Scott and assistant Summer are new… and I could tell😞The doctor had a hard time figuring out the antibiotic dosage according to weight and timing, he Also seemed unsure of the diagnosis. The assistant Put the dog on the table to weigh him and got the wrong weight. I remembered his weight And told her that was incorrect. She weighed him again and I was right. That led me to not getting the antibiotics because I wasn’t sure if my dog would get the right dose. The assistant also Did not hold my dog and he jumped off the table he is 14 yes old and he has arthritis in his back legs, SO HE SPLAYED OUT ON THE FLOOR!😡 I THOUGHT HE BROKE HIS PELVIS! Such an expensive visit and I did not feel like I got the service for the price payed, which was A LOT! I am visiting the area, so if I go back there, I would only see an experienced veterinarian and assistant. I am posting that I hope my dog does not have any serious injury due to the incident at this veterinary hospital due to the negligence of the doctor and his assistant…..only time will tell. UPDATE!! The vet clinic asked me to come back in after posting this review. BOY, did they redeem themselves! I saw Dr Han. She was professional and very though. I appreciated that they wanted to rectify my bad experience and they certainly did! Melanie (manager) was terrific! She took care of me and my Rocco.🐾 I would now definitely recommend this Vet Clinic👍🏼
