We saw Dr. Cochran for a spay on our coati. He was very kind and made sure all my questions were answered before performing the surgery. I got to sit in on the operation. Doc spoke with me the entire time and put my worries at ease. He was efficient and the surgery went well. His tech was also amazing and very caring and stayed with us until we were ready to go home. Also, once saw Cochran regarding an issue with a cotton top tamarin monkey. I 100% recommend him for anything exotic related.

On a Saturday this was the only place open with availability. An extra $150 just for the emergency visit then a “clip and clean” was $90 and the meds (the only thing I wanted were about what I expected. A little disappointed that I couldn’t get my dog a rabies shot while there but that’s “not a service they offer”. Overall the doc seemed knowledgeable and very professional. The admin staff was also very friendly and helpful. The wait time of 3hrs was a pain and the lobby was freezing.

Just called to see about taking my puppy in. I told the girl on the girl on the phone that I do not get paid until tomorrow and asked about payment plans. She suggested care credit and when I told her I tried and was unable to get it she said I'm sorry we can't help either and laughed. It was so cold and showed so little lack of empathy when I'm worried about my baby and financially unable to help him today. I can't believe she laughed and said well we can't either. Extremely unprofessional, cold, and shows how they treat people and pets in distress. She shouldn't be working in any field that requires empathy. Do better.

I brought my chinchilla, Mimikyu in after her and her cagemate got into a fight while I was at work. Mimikyu took the brunt of the fight (sustaining injuries to her left side of the face), whereas Minccino only had a missing patch of fur on her nose. The vet techs and Dr. McKamie were phenomenal in getting her in and taking care of her injuries. I recommend this veterinarian hospital. It was really good service and everyone was so awesome about it. I will definitely come back for any future visits for my fur babies. Thank you so much ❤️!
