Telford Veterinary Hospital

We are new clients to Telford Vet. All the employees, from the receptionist, to the techs, to Dr. Loeffler, we're absolutely amazing. We rescued a 3 year old Pocket Bully with close to no background info on her. She looks like her stereotype and has the muscle to match. However, all the staff treated her like the little lovebug she is and her experience was pain free and stress- free. But more importantly, it was also judgement-free as evident by the love and affection she got and gave in return. Thank you so much!

Vet techs and doctors are exceedingly kind and compassionate. Waiting room is spacious, and rarely more than one other pet at a time. Front desk staff is very friendly and efficient. I leave there loving my dog more than ever partly because of how much they smile at her and give her affection. They remind me of what a special girl she is, and their care is second to none.

After having a bad incident at a vet prior to landing at Telford Veterinary Hospital, with our Chocolate Lab, Jack, it took ALOT to earn my trust and Telford succeeded wildly. The staff and doctors patiently answered all my questions and addressed my fears. Let's face it, Jack the lab wasn't fearful of the doctors, it was me, I was fearful! We also have a retired police K9 (Rocky!) that is difficult to manage and we used to take him to U of P, but Dr. Minninger assured us she and the staff would be happy to work with Rocky to give us all the best experience. And they did! There are "drowsy" pills, cheez whiz, and calming handkerchiefs, and staff that are confident and make what was once a stressful situation, far less stressful and...there were alot of laughs too! I never doubted I was in the best place after the first visit!! We recently had to say goodbye to Jack. 13 years of love and laughs...one of the hardest thing to do, and somehow, all the staff and doctors made it less stressful. And the loving and gracious way they handled the process from start to end, will forever be remembered in our hearts. We miss you Jacky! The Smoosh! If you are wondering if you should take your chance or have had a bad experience somewhere else...run, don't walk, to Telford Vet! I so wish we had started with them when the dogs were pups! I am so grateful and appreciative of the calming presence and wonderful care that everyone provides. We were lucky to find you!

We have a 1 yr old Goldendoodle and everyone is so loving and gentle with her. She’s doesn’t even realize she’s being examined. It is always a great experience.

Echo our sweet amazing Akita rescue boy was abused and abandoned and has severe anxiety. We were told by a previous vet that he was "untreatable" even though he had never been agrssive, never bit, snapped or anything. He just panicked. Telford Veterinary Hospital, Dr Loeffler and her team were recommended by a friend. We have never been so blessed. The first meeting Dr loeffler and her team just let Echo walk around and come to them, they watched his behavior and recommended "happy" visits to help desensitize him, over several visits they realized bringing our other older female Akita helped him so they had us bring them both until Echo was comfortable enough to let them examine and treat him. We will never be able to thank them enough for all they have done for him and us. The fact that they took the time to let him feel comfortable and safe, that they cared enough to not only take the time and spend then energy to treat him, they cared about him, they never rushed him or got impatient with him. They focused on his comfort and his needs. They also cared about us, the doggie parents... From the moment you walk into their office you are greeted with an amazing front desk staff that truly care about you and your pet. Actually it starts from the very first phone call. The vet techs, the entire staff... All have been amazing. So amazing that we decided to move all our dogs to Telford. Our older female Akita unfortunately has a huge tumor and Dr loeffler and her team have guided us in her care . We are so very thankful for the team and how much love, compassion, knowledge and care they provide our furry ones. Thank you just isn't enough.
