Place was great until after 5 surgeries to remove the same tumor that keeps growing back,They did nothing the last surgery but charged me. I called immediately and told them we need to get in right away and have this removed they told me wait 2 weeks. 2 weeks later it was too far gone it couldn't be removed. Now I took her to a specialist the same day cost me another $1,000 and the specialist said they couldn't do anything either if I would have had her here in 2 weeks they could have saved her. So Tea Garden seems to know my dog better than me and it got my dog killed. I wouldn't take my pet hamster to Tea Garden!

Welcome to Teegarden Veterinary Clinic

Welcome to Teegarden Veterinary Clinic, your local Pet Hospital located at 2323 Eureka Rd, Washington, IL 61571, USA. As a Pet Hospital, we aim to provide a range of veterinary services to the community of Washington and the surrounding areas. The reviews available online offer a mixed perspective on the experiences of pet owners who have used our services, which we will objectively present to give you a comprehensive understanding.

Based on one positive review, Teegarden Veterinary Clinic is described as providing "great service and compassion." This suggests that our team strives to offer a supportive and caring environment for both pets and their owners. The reviewer specifically mentioned using our services for both cats and dogs, indicating that we cater to a variety of animal companions. They also noted that we are "not pushy on services, but provide a full care package," which could imply a balanced approach to recommending treatments while ensuring comprehensive care is available.

Furthermore, this positive review highlighted the empathy shown by our team when the client had to utilize our end-of-life services. This is a critical aspect of veterinary care, and receiving compassionate support during such a difficult time can be very important for pet owners. It suggests that Teegarden Veterinary Clinic understands the emotional bond between people and their pets and aims to provide sensitive and respectful care in all circumstances.

Another aspect mentioned in the positive feedback is that the reviewer intends to continue using Teegarden Veterinary Clinic over other "costly, cringey offices." This could suggest that our pricing is perceived as reasonable and that our clinic environment is comfortable and professional, at least in their experience.

However, it is crucial to also consider a significantly negative review. This customer recounted a distressing experience involving their dog who had undergone multiple surgeries at our clinic to remove a recurring tumor. They alleged that during the last surgery, no actual removal was performed, yet they were still charged. Following this, they immediately requested an urgent appointment for removal, but were reportedly told to wait two weeks. According to this review, by the time those two weeks had passed, the tumor was deemed inoperable by a specialist, who allegedly stated that earlier intervention (within those two weeks) could have saved the dog. This customer expressed extreme dissatisfaction, stating that they believed the delay caused their dog's death and that they would not trust Teegarden Veterinary Clinic even with a small pet like a hamster.

Considering these contrasting viewpoints, it is challenging to definitively characterize the environment and overall service quality without more information. The positive reviews suggest a compassionate and reasonably priced service with comprehensive care, including sensitive end-of-life support. On the other hand, the negative review raises serious concerns about diagnostic accuracy, surgical outcomes, communication regarding urgent needs, and the potential consequences of treatment delays.

Regarding the services offered at Teegarden Veterinary Clinic, we can infer that surgical procedures, including tumor removal, are among them. The positive review mentioning a "full care package" suggests that we likely offer a range of other services such as routine check-ups, vaccinations, diagnostics, and treatments for various illnesses. The mention of end-of-life services also indicates that we provide support and care during those difficult times.

The features of Teegarden Veterinary Clinic that can be gleaned from these reviews include the reported compassion and comprehensive care mentioned in the positive feedback. However, the negative review highlights a potential issue with the clinic's handling of recurring conditions and the urgency of treatment, which would be a significant point of concern for potential clients. It's important for users to weigh these different perspectives.

Great service and compassion, have used them for cats and dogs. Not pushy on services, but provides full care package. Felt empathy when I had to use their end of life services. Will continue to use them over other costly, cringey offices.

First time in a long time I got a puppy Molly. Iam 69 years young looking for a good vet for Molly she a black lab. As soon as I walked in the door was greeted by a smiling face wanting to know if this was Molly. They got us right in. They gave Molly a great check over. They were gentle and did a thorough exam. And set her up for shots that were to come. Very happy with first visit. Looking for a long relationship with them.
