Tammy Schmitt DVM

Dr. Schmitt and her team are very sweet and so good with my cat Leonard! He seems so comfortable with them! They are amazing! I got an X-ray done for some piece of mine and she explained everything to me in great detail so I knew exactly what I was looking at! He is a very healthy boy— thankfully!

They have always been kind and knowledgeable. I had my cat to several vets and Dr. Schmitt diagnosed him and gave medications that worked. He was loosing weight rapidly, once we got him on the correct meds. He did very well. Dr. Schmitt is a quiet person, but she knows her stuff. Josh was with me for several years after being properly diagnosed and did very well with Dr. Schmitt’s expertise.

This place is very rushed and rude, they will not take the time unless you have a basic problem because they operate like a drive thru. The assistants are very rude, the first one who came out already had an incorrect predetermination about my reason for being here and kept interrupting the actual problem to ask about vaccines over and over. Already have them, please stop asking, dog has pain. They take my dog, the doctor calls a few minutes later without any advice, no reccomendations, and she eas silent on the phone. So i have to ask 20 questions when im not the professional. In addition to this, when i made my appointment a month ago there were supposed to be tests. My appointment was a standard exam which was a waste of time and money. I specifically told the receptionist twice what i was specifically coming for but she clearly didnt schedule correctly. Makes sense seeing how she called me twice to confirm my appointment within an hour and didnt even remember. When the second assistant came out with my dog she didnt even care to clarify any scheduling issues, she simply said " i dont know who you talked to" and walked away. Its not that big of a place to not know your coworker, but she was obviously just being unprofessional. Which says so much about this place. They were very clearly overbooked, rushed, and sacrificed any quality they had just to shove pets in and out. Ill be warning everyone against this place.

Very caring and professional staff. They were wonderful keeping my boy healthy and to the end, diagnosing and helping me and my dog through his final days.

Told me we had to pre screen to be seen and that it helps if you know someone. What a joke.
