I have a giant breed dog and they took great care of him when they neutered him. He is just over a week past his procedure and is healing up perfect. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!! My baby hated the cone so we used boxer briefs to keep him off of the incision it worked great!

Welcome to Tails of Hope, Inc. W PA

Tails of Hope, Inc. W PA, situated at 2450 Hoezle Rd, Hermitage, PA 16148, USA, serves as a vital "Pet Hospital" for the local community, offering compassionate and high-quality veterinary care, with a particular focus that often includes accessible spay/neuter services. With contact numbers (724) 346-4673 and mobile +1 724-346-4673, this clinic is highly regarded for its dedication to animal welfare and its client-centered approach, as strongly evidenced by the enthusiastic customer reviews.

The environment at Tails of Hope, Inc. W PA is clearly designed to foster a sense of trust, care, and efficiency. While the facility caters to surgical procedures, particularly spay/neuter, the feedback suggests an atmosphere that is far from sterile or impersonal. Instead, the emphasis is on creating a supportive and calming space for pets and their owners. A clean and organized reception area is standard, providing a professional first impression. Examination and surgical areas would adhere to strict sterile protocols, paramount for a facility performing surgical interventions. The reviews highlight the staff's kindness and the lack of trauma experienced by pets, even after surgery ("My cat hasn't acted like anything she went through traumatic and we drove home with her purring away"). This indicates a careful approach to handling animals, minimizing stress, and providing a comforting presence. For a clinic specializing in surgeries, efficiency in patient flow is also key, ensuring that animals are processed and cared for in a timely yet thorough manner. The overall environment, therefore, balances professional medical standards with a deeply empathetic approach to animal care.

The services provided by Tails of Hope, Inc. W PA prominently feature spay and neuter procedures, which are crucial for population control and the long-term health of pets. The reviews specifically mention a successful neuter for a giant breed dog and a spay for a cat, underscoring their capability in performing these common but vital surgeries across different sizes and species. Beyond these core procedures, a "Pet Hospital" of this nature typically offers a range of complementary veterinary services aimed at supporting the health and recovery of their surgical patients and potentially providing some general preventive care. This could include pre-surgical examinations to ensure the pet is a suitable candidate for anesthesia, post-operative monitoring, pain management, and follow-up care. The customer review about the cat's incision site issue and the subsequent "good look over and an antibiotic" highlights their commitment to post-operative support and addressing complications promptly and kindly. While not explicitly detailed in the reviews, clinics primarily focused on spay/neuter often also provide basic wellness services such as vaccinations, microchipping, and perhaps parasite prevention, especially as part of a package with their surgical offerings. Their capacity to handle larger breeds and provide excellent follow-up care for complications demonstrates a robust surgical and recovery support system.

The features that truly distinguish Tails of Hope, Inc. W PA are rooted in its compassionate care, surgical expertise, and accessibility, particularly regarding spay/neuter services. The phrase "beyond words with how kind everyone is" encapsulates the clinic's core strength: a staff that genuinely cares for animals and their owners. This kindness translates into a "gentle touch" that makes the experience less stressful for pets, as evidenced by the purring cat post-surgery. Their surgical proficiency is a key feature, as successfully neutering a "giant breed dog" and ensuring "perfect healing" speaks to their skill and meticulous approach to surgery and post-operative instructions. The clinic's responsiveness and willingness to help with post-surgical concerns, even when a primary vet had no openings, is a testament to their dedication to patient well-being and customer support. This quick, helpful response for the cat's incision issue ("I sent an email with a picture... they were beyond helpful. I was able to take her back in") highlights their excellent communication and emergency support for their surgical patients. The high recommendations from existing clients ("came highly recommended from a friend and I in turn highly recommend") underscore a strong reputation built on positive experiences. This combination of surgical competence and exceptional patient-centered care makes them a highly trusted and sought-after veterinary provider in their specialty.

From a promotional standpoint, Tails of Hope, Inc. W PA would naturally leverage its stellar reputation for compassionate and competent surgical care, especially spay/neuter services. Word-of-mouth marketing, driven by enthusiastic client testimonials like those provided, would be incredibly powerful. Their promotional messaging would likely emphasize their commitment to making surgical procedures as stress-free as possible for pets and their owners. Highlighting successful outcomes, even for larger breeds or in cases of post-operative concerns, would build confidence. Information about the benefits of spay/neuter for pet health and population control would also be a key part of their outreach. Given their potential focus on affordability and accessibility, their promotions might target pet owners looking for high-quality care without prohibitive costs, particularly for essential surgeries. Digital presence, including a user-friendly website and active social media, would showcase success stories and the caring environment. Partnerships with local animal shelters, rescue organizations, and community groups focused on animal welfare would be a natural fit, as these entities often refer animals for spay/neuter services. They might also participate in community events or offer educational sessions on responsible pet ownership. The clinic's dedication to follow-up care and responsiveness to client concerns would also be a strong promotional point, assuring pet owners that they are supported throughout the entire process, not just during the procedure itself.

Let me just say this. This place is amazing. I'm beyond words with how kind everyone is. I took my cat to be spayed. 17 days later she got to her incision site and ripped the scab, glue and hair out. It looked way worse than what it probably was. I sent an email with a picture of what was going on and they were beyond helpful. I was able to take her back in when our main vet had no openings. They gave her a good look over and an antibiotic and she was good to go. My cat hasn't acted like anything she went through tramatic and we drove home with her purring away. I cannot thank this place enough for the wonderful job they do. They came highly recommended from a friend and I in turn highly recommend to take your animal there if needed!

People were great! Easy process, they come to the car and pick up your animal. Did his ears, nails and pain medicine included in the price of neutering. They are volunteers and angels! ♥

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Took 2 kitties there and everything went smoothly. Way more affordable than any other vets I called!

Amazing place please read this I was in tears letting my babies go anywhere without me. The staff were so nice there. I loved that they take took care of my furbabies and kept me updated on their recovery and then called again when I could pick them up. I also was able to get their services for free because I qualified. Pretty great prices overall. Low priced clinic! I couldn't believe it. They were amazing & I was able to pick them up by 11am after dropping them off at 7am. They said it could be up to 4pm. I was happy I wasn't going to be without them all day. These volunteers were so sweet to me and kept me from really losing it since im never away from my babies. My kittens were spayed, microchipped, got all vaccinations, tested for feline leukemia and Aids, ear cleanings, nail trimmings, sent home w pain meds for 3 days and instructions. They go back for booster shots here In a few weeks. They are happy and are healing so well. How things work: They come out to get ur babies & they even asked me for a picture with one of them. I was a mess but still did it. Only thing I didn't understand was why we couldn't go in the building at all to even sign papers and get them. I waited at the front door and signed papers then put them in the car. That part I didn't understand. It seems like such a nice place I just wish I could've seen where my babies were going. I seen people in there but I didn't understand why I couldn't go in. They will charge you if you cancel within a certain time frame but they'll tell you about that. I live in struthers & it only took 25 mins to get there. Straight shot right through hubbard. I would 10000% recommend them because my fur babies are healing nicely. They are 100% back to their normal selves. My older kitten was in heat during surgery and it was more complex for her, but today you wouldn't even know she had surgery under a week ago. My younger kitten bounced back the same night. The same evening u wouldn't even have guessed she had surgery. They did great & I appreciate everything this place does especially for people like me who love my babies more than anything but are struggling financially. Thank you TAILS of HOPE! I HOPE YOU KNOW HOW APPRECIATIVE I AM FOR EVERYTHING. YOU GUYS ARE A GODSEND. ALSO THANK YOU FOR BEING SO KIND TO THE FERAL/STRAY CATS IN YOUR AREA. THAT SHOWS ME HOW MUCH YOU TRULY CARE FOR ANIMALS BESIDES JUST TAKING CARE OF THEM AS YOUR JOB. I NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT & IT MELTS MY HEART. THANK YOU AGAIN!
