They graciously squeezed my beagle, who had never been seen there before, in for an appointment today. The young lady at the front desk is so nice, just an absolute sweetheart. Dr. Echols is a very nice and thorough vet. I am happy with and appreciate the care she gave my lil beagle bean Blue. I definitely recommend this vet clinic for your pet's medical needs. They deserve more than 5 stars! ========================= Editing to add: Blue passed away just a little over a week after my initial review due to a cancerous tumor in her heart. Even though this practice only saw her that one time, they thoughtfully and graciously sent me a card with their condolences on her passing [when they called me to follow up to see how she was doing, I informed them of her passing. They had seen her for an injury from slipping on the stairs in my home, not for her heart tumor].

Never seen my cat so calm at the vet. It felt like I was coming to my hometown community vet, although it was our first time there. Super helpful and caring about my pet- not just an in and out vaccination run. So glad I found them!

This is my first time fostering a dog so the process has been somewhat overwhelming me, but when I went to Tails and Scales, I had felt relieved after leaving. The facility is well maintained, it's easily accessible and it's a residential area, which is great for dogs. Candace explained all the pricing ahead of time and the reasoning behind the test and I didn't feel pressured at all to do certain tests. I appreciated the price transparency. Candace made the experience overall a welcoming experience. They have flexible hours too and are open on Saturdays. Dr. Echols was professional, friendly, and answered my questions about Towie. She took her time and you could tell she's passionate about her practice. Dr. Echols gives you a hug at the end which is a nice touch :) I'll be back next month and I highly recommend Tails and Scales. 10/10

My pup loves Dr. Echols! She knows exactly how to calm down my big excited little guy. Not just that, but she is very knowledgeable and explains things fully. The office gives you a warm welcoming feeling & the staff is super friendly as well. As a pet parent these are things that you look for when taking your fur baby somewhere for vet care. I will definitely bring him back!
